تعلن شركة Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب كبير المسؤولين الطبيين (Chief Medical Officer) في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والبروتوكولات السريرية لضمان جودة وسلامة رعاية المرضى.
- توفير القيادة للطواقم الطبية، وتعزيز التطوير المهني والالتزام بأفضل الممارسات.
- التعاون مع القيادة التنفيذية لمواءمة المبادرات السريرية مع الأهداف التنظيمية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الرعاية الصحية ومعايير الاعتماد.
- قيادة الجهود في البحث السريري والابتكار واعتماد التقنيات الطبية الجديدة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع شركاء الرعاية الصحية الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على إدارة المخاطر السريرية وبرامج تحسين الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية (MD أو ما يعادلها) مع شهادة البورد في تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 12 عامًا، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في أدوار قيادية طبية عليا.
- سجل حافل في إدارة الرعاية الصحية والحوكمة السريرية وضمان الجودة.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح الرعاية الصحية ومعايير الاعتماد ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- مهارات متميزة في القيادة والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- خبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ في بيئة رعاية صحية.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الابتكار السريري وتعزيز بيئة تعاونية.

Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy and clinical operations of a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background combined with leadership experience in healthcare management, overseeing clinical teams, and navigating regulatory environments. This role demands a collaborative leader who can bridge the gap between medical staff and executive management to foster a patient-centric culture aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols to ensure quality patient care and safety
- Provide leadership to medical staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical initiatives with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Lead efforts in clinical research, innovation, and the adoption of new medical technologies
- Manage relationships with external healthcare partners, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in relevant specialty
