Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized lectures and oversee practical laboratory sessions within your engineering discipline (Medium of Instruction: English).
- Actively support and maintain ABET and NCAAA accreditation standards through meticulous curriculum mapping and assessment.
- Lead applied engineering research initiatives and publish in high-impact, peer-reviewed technical journals.
- Supervise senior design capstone projects and provide comprehensive student mentorship.
- Foster relationships with the industrial sector to secure research grants and practical opportunities for students.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Must hold a PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- University Ranking Criteria: To align with institutional excellence standards, applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).
- Experience: Demonstrated ability in technical teaching and a strong portfolio of academic research.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
