نبذة عن الوظيفة

فني ARCS مسؤول عن تركيب واختبار وصيانة وتشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التحكم في الدخول ومعدات الاتصالات اللاسلكية وأنظمة الأمن والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة. يضمن تشغيل جميع الأنظمة بكفاءة وأمان وفقاً لمعايير الشركة ومتطلبات العميل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب وتهيئة وصيانة أنظمة التحكم في الدخول وكاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة إنذار التسلل وأنظمة الاتصالات.
  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات ARCS والأجهزة المرتبطة بها.
  • تشخيص أعطال الأنظمة وتنفيذ الإصلاحات لتقليل وقت التوقف.
  • إجراء اختبارات الأنظمة والتشغيل والتحقق من الأداء.
  • قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات الكهربائية وأدلة التركيب.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع التركيبات للوائح السلامة والمعايير الصناعية ومواصفات المشروع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقارير خدمة ووثائق.
  • دعم ترقيات الأنظمة والتعديلات والتوسعات حسب الحاجة.
  • التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين والعملاء أثناء أنشطة التركيب والصيانة.
  • الاستجابة لطلبات الخدمة الطارئة والمشكلات الفنية عند الحاجة.
  • فحص المعدات وتحديد المشكلات التشغيلية المحتملة قبل حدوث الأعطال.
  • ضمان الاستخدام السليم وصيانة الأدوات وأجهزة الاختبار ومعدات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الاتصالات أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في أنظمة الأمن أو الاتصالات أو الصيانة التقنية.
  • يفضل خبرة في أنظمة التحكم في الدخول وكاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة الاتصالات اللاسلكية والبنية التحتية للشبكات.
  • معرفة بتقنيات حل المشكلات الكهربائية والإلكترونية.
  • القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية ومخططات الأسلاك.
  • الإلمام بمعايير وإجراءات السلامة.

Job Title: ARCS Technician

Location: Shigri, Tabuk

Department: Operations / Technical Services

Reports To: Technical Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Summary

The ARCS Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access control systems, radio communication equipment, security systems, and related infrastructure. The technician ensures that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and communication systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ARCS equipment and associated hardware.
  • Troubleshoot system faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
  • Support system upgrades, modifications, and expansions as required.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients during installation and maintenance activities.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and technical issues when required.
  • Inspect equipment and identify potential operational problems before failures occur.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, testing devices, and company equipment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in security systems, communications, or technical maintenance.
  • Experience with access control systems, CCTV, radio communication systems, and network infrastructure is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
