تعلن شركة Acwa China عن توفر وظيفة رجل إطفاء (Fire Fighter) في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSSE)، للعمل في محطة توليد الطاقة/تحلية المياه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاستعداد بنسبة 100% للاستجابة لأي حالة طارئة في الموقع.
- تحت الإشراف المباشر لرجل الإطفاء، ضمان سلامة وصحة العاملين في المحطة وسلامة العمليات وأصول الشركة والبيئة من خلال التخطيط السليم والتفتيش والمراقبة والمتابعة وحل جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة المرتبطة بالسلامة من الحرائق.
- مواكبة آخر المستجدات من السوق/الصناعات الأخرى حول حالات الحرائق والاحتياطات والاستجابات، وإبلاغ رجل الإطفاء بشكل فوري للحصول على التوجيهات والتنفيذ المناسب.
- أداء أي مهام ذات صلة يكلف بها من قبل رجل الإطفاء.
- أداء أي مهام ذات صلة يكلف بها من قبل قائد الإطفاء / مشرف الإطفاء.
- المساهمة في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات التغيير والبرامج والمشاريع وفقاً لمعايير المؤسسة.
- الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات ذات الصلة على المستوى التنظيمي والقطاعي لضمان تنفيذ العمل بالمستوى المطلوب وبطريقة متسقة.
- أداء أي واجبات أخرى قد يطلبها المدير المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو المدرسة الفنية كحد أدنى.
- شهادة NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها في السلامة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الإطفاء.
- يفضل خبرة عمل في محطة طاقة أو بيئة تصنيع.

- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Technical
- Be 100% ready to response to any emergency situation at site.
- Under the direct supervision of Fireman, ensure 100% safety and occupational health of
environment through proper planning, inspection, monitoring, follow-up and resolution of
all HSE-related matters and issues related to fire safety.
- Continuously get updates from the market/other industries regarding the latest in fire
directions and implementations
- Perform any related task as assigned by the fireman
- Perform any related task as assigned by the Fire Marshal / Fire Supervisor
- Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes
Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard
and in a consistent manner.

- Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.

- COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Needs to work closely with HSSE Team and all plant staff.
- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- High School or Technical School graduate.
- NEBOSH or equivalent certification in safety.
- At least 5 years related professional experience in firefighting.
- Work experience in a power plant or manufacturing environment preferred.
