SLB تعلن عن وظيفة CPL Field Specialist في الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان تسليم المهام بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • المسؤولية عن تنفيذ خدمة التوصيل.
  • المشاركة في تحليل المخاطر الوظيفية وبرامج التحسين المستمر.
  • تطوير اتصالات العملاء للترويج لمنتجات وخدمات الشركة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية ومعايير الشركة من خلال تنفيذ CAT والتقييمات الذاتية والتفتيش الميداني.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات جودة الخدمة مع العملاء وتحسين الأداء باستخدام خطط العمل.
  • المشاركة في مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
  • ارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية واتباع سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • الحفاظ على التدريب المطلوب للسلامة.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين تقديم الخدمة وتنفيذ العمل القياسي وإدارة المخاطر أثناء تقديم الخدمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم تقني في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • حد أدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في عمليات Liner Hanger مع خبرة مثبتة في: تطبيقات Liner Hanger الأسمنتية (الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية)، تطبيقات Liner Hanger غير الأسمنتية (الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية)، أنظمة Open Hole وCemented (MSF)، وتطبيقات Off-Bottom Cement.
  • خبرة عمل في المملكة العربية السعودية ومعايير أرامكو (يفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي للحسابات الهيدروليكية المتعلقة بعمليات Liner Hanger.
  • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ تصميم الإكمال والتخطيط التشغيلي.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Excel وMicrosoft Word.
  • خبرة في استخدام برامج الهندسة الخاصة بالإكمال، بما في ذلك: القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والإجراءات والحسابات الهندسية.
  • مهارات مثبتة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات في العمليات الميدانية.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • القدرة على الحفاظ على خدمة توصيل آمنة وفعالة وموثوقة للعملاء.

The CPL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The CPL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Responsible for service delivery execution.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
  • Maintain the required safety training.
  • Education, Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Liner Hanger operations proven experience with:
  • Cemented Liner Hanger applications (Hydraulic and mechanical)
  • Non-cemented Liner Hanger applications.( Hydraulic and mechanical)o Open Hole and Cemented (MSF) systems. o Off- Bottom Cement applications.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic calculations related to liner hanger operations.
  • Good knowledge of completion design principles and operational planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience using completion engineering software, including:
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and engineering calculations.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia and with Aramco standards (preferred).
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
