يسر شركة SLB (شلمبرجير) في الشرقية، الظهران، السعودية، أن تعلن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس آبار أول (Senior Well Engineer).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة واعتماد مقترحات الآبار، أساس التصميم، وبرامج الآبار.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ عمليات الآبار وضمان السلامة الفنية.
- مراجعة واعتماد الإجراءات التشغيلية (مثل التغليف، التثبيت بالأسمنت).
- الإشراف على مهندسي الآبار المبتدئين وتوجيههم في المشروع.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين وشركات الخدمات.
- دعم اختيار وتقييم المعدات ومقدمي الخدمات.
- مراقبة التكاليف والتحكم فيها وفقاً لـ AFE.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير HSE وإجراءات الشركة.
- المشاركة في إدارة المخاطر، HARC، والتحقيقات في الحوادث.
- قيادة مراجعات الأداء لتحسين كفاءة الحفر (قدم/يوم، NPT).
- مراقبة العمليات اليومية (الوقت/العمق، التكلفة، اتجاهات الأداء).
- اعتماد إحاطات التحكم في الآبار وإدارة التغيير (MOC).
- دفع التحسين المستمر وحل المشكلات التشغيلية المتكررة.
- تخطيط وتوقع المتطلبات التشغيلية متوسطة وطويلة المدى.
- التحقق من الفواتير ودعم أنشطة إدارة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البترول أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات الحفر/هندسة الآبار.
- معرفة قوية بتصميم الآبار، عمليات الحفر، والتحكم في الآبار.
- شهادة تحكم في الآبار سارية المفعول (IWCF/IADC - مستوى المشرف).
- خبرة في التحكم في التكاليف، إدارة AFE، ومراقبة الأداء.
- خبرة مثبتة في القيادة والتوجيه.
- فهم قوي لمعايير HSE، إدارة المخاطر، والامتثال.
- القدرة على إدارة المشاريع، تحليل الأداء، ودفع التحسين المستمر.

- Oversee execution of well operations and ensure technical integrity
- Review and approve operational procedures (e.g., casing, cementing)
- Supervise and mentor junior well engineers on the project
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and service companies
- Support selection and evaluation of equipment and service providers
- Monitor and control costs against AFEEnsure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures

- 10+ years of experience in drilling/well engineering operations
- Strong knowledge of well design, drilling operations, and well control
- Valid Well Control certification (IWCF/IADC - Supervisor level)
- Experience in cost control, AFE management, and performance monitoring
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong understanding of HSE standards, risk management, and compliance
- Ability to manage projects, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement
