SLB تعلن عن توفر وظيفة قائد موقع البئر (Well Site Leader) في المنطقة الشرقية، الظهران، السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب مسؤولية التخطيط والتنسيق والإشراف على تنفيذ برنامج عمليات الآبار، مع التركيز على السلامة والامتثال للسياسات والمعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنظيم وقيادة اجتماعات السلامة والعمليات الموجزة والتحليلية المتعلقة بعمليات الآبار.
- قيادة اجتماعات التخطيط اليومية ومناقشة العمليات مع ممثلي العملاء والمقاولين والمشرفين من الأطراف الثالثة.
- تحديث التوقعات والأنشطة المخطط لها لتوقع متطلبات الموارد بما يلبي احتياجات البئر ويحقق كفاءة الخدمة المثلى.
- التحقق من أن المعدات والخدمات تتوافق مع العقد.
- إدارة المخزون المناسب للمواد الملموسة مثل الأسمنت والبارايت وقطع الحفر، بالإضافة إلى معدات التأجير، والتنسيق مع المشرفين والموردين الخارجيين حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان إجراء العمليات لمنع مخاطر السيطرة على البئر وأنابيب الانسداد وأي مخاطر تشغيلية أخرى.
- مراقبة المخاطر التشغيلية للبئر، وتنفيذ استجابات المخاطر، وإجراء مراقبة التغييرات وفقًا لخطة إدارة المخاطر وبرامج العمليات.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات شركة Schlumberger ومعايير إدارة المشاريع المتكاملة، بما في ذلك الأوامر الثابتة.
- إعداد إجراءات تفصيلية للعمليات الحرجة (مثل تركيب الأنابيب والتثبيت) وخطط الطوارئ المرتبطة بها.

- المشاركة في تحسين الأداء التشغيلي وتغييرات البرنامج مع فريق المشروع.
- مراجعة المشكلات التشغيلية ودعم حوادث العمل والتغييرات والاستجابة للحوادث والتعافي، بما في ذلك التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع الفردية والمقاولين الرئيسيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البترول، أو هندسة الحفر، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في الحفر، أو عمليات الآبار، أو إدارة المشاريع المتكاملة.
- خبرة ميدانية عملية في عمليات موقع الحفر (الحفر، الإكمال، أو التدخل).
- خبرة في إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات والتنسيق مع المقاولين وشركات الخدمات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ هندسة الحفر وتصميم الآبار والتحكم في الآبار.
- معرفة بالتثبيت وتصميم أنابيب التغليف وسوائل الحفر والأدوات السفلية.
- القدرة على إدارة المخاطر ومعايير السلامة والامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مهارات القيادة والتواصل.

The Well Site Leader is responsible to plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute the well operations program. They provide clear leadership in every aspect of HSE protection, ensuring safe working practices are used at the well site. They further ensure that well operations are conducted safely, in accordance with the approved well operations program, and in compliance with the applicable policies/standards/procedures and the regulatory requirements within allocated time/costs with optimal use of resources.
- Organize and lead brief and debrief safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
- Lead daily planning meetings and discuss operations with customer representatives, contractors, PL, and third-party supervisors.
- Update forecast and planned activity to anticipate resource requirements meet well demands and provide optimum service efficiency.
- Check that equipment and services comply with the contract.
- Manage proper inventory of tangibles such as, but not limited to, cement, barite, bits, as well as rental equipment, and coordinate with PL OP and third-party suppliers as needed.
- Ensure that operations are conducted to prevent risks of well control, stuck pipe, and any other project and operational risks.
- Monitor well operational risks, implement risk responses, and execute change control per the project risk management plan and well operational programs.
- Ensure compliance with Schlumberger policies and Integration PL standards, including standing orders.
- Prepare detailed procedures for specific critical operations (running casing, cementing, etc.) and associated contingency plans.
- Prepare daily cost estimates based on goods consumed and services provided.
- Review and approve invoices and reports on services performed and materials used.
- Manage and monitor operations communications with the goal of ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and service providers are lacking any information that they need to perform their services.
- Prepare technical and operational calculations relevant to the well- or rig-site operations (e.g., cement volume)
- Participate in operational performance improvements and program changes with the project team.
- Review operational problems and support job incidents, changes, incident response and recovery, including coordination with the individual PLs and key contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in drilling, well operations, or integrated project managemen.t
- Hands-on field experience in rig-site operations (drilling, completion, or intervention).
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors and service companies.
- Strong understanding of drilling engineering, well design, and well control principles.
- Knowledge of cementing, casing design, drilling fluids, and downhole tools.
- Ability to manage risks, safety standards, and HSE compliance.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to perform technical calculations and prepare operational procedures
