تعلن شركة High Seas Marine & Industrial Services Co. Ltd (HSM) - إحدى شركات مجموعة علي عبد الله تميمي - عن توفر وظيفة مهندس موانئ (Port Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم البري في رأس تنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التخطيط والإشراف على صيانة وإصلاحات السفن.
- تنسيق عمليات التحمية الجافة (dry-docking) والإصلاحات الرئيسية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية، وهيئات التصنيف، ودولة العلم، واللوائح القانونية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش السفن والتدقيق الفني.
- دعم عمليات السفن من الشاطئ.
- التنسيق مع القبطان، وكبير المهندسين، والموردين، وأحواض السفن، والعملاء.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية، وخطط الصيانة، والميزانيات.
- إدارة توريد قطع الغيار والخدمات الفنية.
- دعم المشاريع البحرية مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية من السلامة والموثوقية والتميز التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شرط إلزامي: اعتماد ساري المفعول من أرامكو السعودية كمهندس موانئ (Port Engineer).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس موانئ، أو مهندس بحري، أو في دور مماثل على الشاطئ أو دعم بحري.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة البحرية، أو الهندسة المعمارية البحرية، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- شهادة كفاءة مهندس بحري معتمدة من إحدى هيئات التصنيف (مفضلة).
- خبرة قوية في صيانة السفن وإصلاحاتها، والتحمية الجافة، والإدارة الفنية.
- خبرة في إدارة سفن الدعم البحري أو السفن التجارية.
- معرفة شاملة بمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية البحرية، ولوائح المنظمة البحرية الدولية (IMO)، واتفاقية SOLAS، واتفاقية MARPOL، ومدونة ISM، وقواعد هيئات التصنيف.
- القدرة على إجراء عمليات تفتيش السفن وتقييم الحالة والتقييمات الفنية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (PMS)، وإعداد التقارير الفنية، وتخطيط الصيانة.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية، وأدلة الشركات المصنعة، ومتطلبات هيئات التصنيف.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Port Engineer to join our Shore Support Team in Saudi Arabia.
Applicants must already be Saudi Aramco Approved as a Port Engineer. Applications without valid Saudi Aramco approval will not be considered.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Port Engineer to join our Shore Support Team in Saudi Arabia.
Applicants must already be Saudi Aramco Approved as a Port Engineer. Applications without valid Saudi Aramco approval will not be considered.
The Port Engineer will be responsible for the technical management and operational readiness of vessels under HSM's care, including:
- Planning and supervising vessel maintenance and repairs
- Coordinating dry-docking and major overhauls
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco, Class, Flag State, and statutory requirements
- Conducting vessel inspections and technical audits
- Supporting vessel operations from shore
- Coordinating with Masters, Chief Engineers, vendors, shipyards, and clients
- Preparing technical reports, maintenance plans, and budgets
- Managing spare parts procurement and technical services
- Supporting offshore projects while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence
- Mandatory: Valid Saudi Aramco Approval as a Port Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Port Engineer, Marine Engineer, or equivalent shore-based/offshore support role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Class-certified Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency is preferred.
- Strong experience in vessel maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, and technical management.
- Experience managing offshore support vessels or commercial vessels.
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco marine requirements, IMO regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and Classification Society Rules.
- Ability to conduct vessel inspections, condition assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems, technical reporting, and maintenance planning.
- Ability to read technical drawings, OEM manuals, and Class requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.
