نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث SBT Logistics عن مدير مالي ذي خبرة لقيادة الوظيفة المالية والإشراف على الاستراتيجية المالية، وعمليات المحاسبة، وإعداد الميزانية، والرقابة الداخلية، والتقارير المالية، ودعم القرارات الإدارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة جميع عمليات المحاسبة، بما في ذلك الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
- إعداد بيانات مالية دقيقة وتقارير إدارية.
- إدارة حسابات القبض وحسابات الدفع وعمليات الخزانة.

- إنشاء وصيانة ضوابط داخلية قوية وسياسات مالية.
- تحليل الربحية حسب العقد والعميل والمركبة والرحلة.
- مراقبة تكاليف الوقود والصيانة والإطارات وتكاليف تشغيل الأسطول.
- إعداد تقارير مراكز التكلفة وتكاليف الوظائف.
- تقديم رؤى وتوصيات مالية للإدارة.
- قيادة والإشراف على فريق المالية.
- تقديم الأداء المالي والمعلومات المالية الرئيسية للإدارة التنفيذية.
- دعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي للأعمال ومبادرات التوسع.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والبنوك والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- تحديد المخاطر المالية والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- ضمان إعداد التقارير المالية بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب عبر المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادة المهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها مفضلة بشدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في شركات النقل والخدمات اللوجستية أو المقاولات أو التشييد.
- خبرة قوية في مراكز التكلفة وتكاليف الوظائف وتحليل الربحية.
- خبرة عملية في تنفيذ أو إدارة أنظمة ERP المالية.
- معرفة قوية بضريبة القيمة المضافة وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك والفواتير الإلكترونية ومعايير التقارير المالية.
- إتقان متقدم في Microsoft Excel.
- خبرة في Power BI أو أدوات ذكاء الأعمال الأخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- قدرات تحليلية وتخطيط مالي وحل مشكلات قوية.
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل واتخاذ قرارات ممتازة.

SBT Logistics is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and oversee financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, internal controls, financial reporting, and management decision support.

SBT Logistics is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and oversee financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, internal controls, financial reporting, and management decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all accounting operations, including monthly and annual closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and treasury operations
- Monitor daily cash flow and conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA, and e-invoicing requirements
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analysis
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Implement and maintain effective ERP-based financial processes
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and finance policies
- Analyse profitability by contract, customer, vehicle, and trip
- Monitor fuel, maintenance, tyre, and fleet operating costs
- Prepare cost-centre and job-costing reports
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Lead and supervise the finance team
- Present financial performance and key financial information to executive management
- Support strategic business planning and expansion initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across the organisation
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred
- Proven experience in Transportation, Logistics, Construction, or Contracting companies
- Strong experience in cost centres, job costing, and profitability analysis
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing ERP financial systems
- Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA, e-invoicing, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
