تعلن شركة Front End Limited Company عن توفر وظيفة قبطان ميناء (Port Captain) - موقع بري في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. الوظيفة دوام كامل وحضوري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات البحرية والملاحية اليومية للسفن وضمان أقصى كفاءة والامتثال للمعايير الدولية ومعايير الشركة.
- تفقد السفن والتأكد من صيانتها وأدائها الجيد.
- إدارة العمليات البحرية والتنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان سلاسة الأنشطة في الميناء.
- المساهمة في الحفاظ على التميز التشغيلي وحل أي مشكلات تتعلق بالعمليات البحرية والمينائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن أربع (4) سنوات كقبطان (Master) على نوع السفينة المحددة (قوارب طاقم غير DP / قوارب دورية أمنية بحرية).
- يجب أن يكون القبطان مؤهلاً للعمل كقبطان مؤقت في أي وقت وسيخضع لتقييم أرامكو السعودية وفقاً لذلك.
- شهادة كفاءة مع إثبات التحقق (Certificate of Competency with Proof of Verification).
- تصديق شهادة الكفاءة (Certificate of Competency Endorsement).
- شهادة GMDSS.
- جميع شهادات STCW (بما في ذلك الرعاية الطبية).
- شهادة إدارة موارد الجسر (Bridge Resource Management).
- جواز سفر ساري المفعول لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل.
- دفتر بحار (Seaman Book) مع جميع فترات الإبحار مسجلة، ساري لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل.

المهارات المطلوبة
- خلفية قوية في العمليات البحرية والخبرة البحرية، بما في ذلك المعرفة باللوائح والمعايير الصناعية.

Qualifications
- Must have at least four (4) years of experience as Master on the assigned vessel type (Non-DP Crew Boats / Offshore Security Patrol Boats). The Port Captain must be qualified to serve as temporary Master at any time and will undergo Saudi Aramco evaluation accordingly.
- Certificate of Competency with Proof of Verification
- Certificate of Competency Endorsement
- GMDSS Certificate
- All STCW Certificates (including Medical Care)
- Bridge Resource Management
- Passport (Must be Valid At Least 06 Months)
- Seaman Book with All Sea time Entries (Must be Valid for At Least 06 Months)
- Marlins Test (Minimum 80% Marks) with Online Verification Proof
- Medical Fitness (Must be Valid for At Least 03 Months)
- H2S Familiarization Course
- Previous Saudi Aramco Approvals as Master/Port Captain Crew/Patrol Boat
- BOSIET
- HUET
- Strong background in Marine Operations and Maritime expertise, including knowledge of regulations and industry standards
- Skills in Vessel Operations and Management, including coordination, logistical oversight, and ensuring efficiency in daily activities
- Experience in conducting Vessel Inspections and maintaining safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Ability to oversee vessel performance, manage crewing, and address technical and operational challenges
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively oversee teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Previous experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is highly desirable
