نبذة عن الوظيفة
- وظيفة موقعية (on-site) بدوام كامل ضمن فريق الصحة والسلامة والأمن في الميناء.
- تشمل المسؤوليات تنفيذ ومراقبة بروتوكولات السلامة، وإجراء التفتيش الدوري، وضمان الامتثال للصحة المهنية، والحفاظ على الإجراءات الأمنية، والتحقيق في الحوادث، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية في السلامة، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ ومراقبة بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة في الميناء.
- إجراء التفتيش الدوري لضمان الامتثال للمعايير.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة المهنية.
- الحفاظ على الإجراءات الأمنية وتطبيقها.
- التحقيق في الحوادث وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
- إجراء جلسات تدريبية في السلامة للعاملين.
- تقديم التوصيات لتحسين الأداء التشغيلي والسلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في العمل على السفن البحرية (offshore vessels) مع حيازة مؤهل بحري دولي.
- شهادة HSE تعادل شهادة NEBOSH العامة (NEBOSH General Certificate).
- شهادة كفاءة مع إثبات التحقق (Certificate of Competency with Proof of Verification).
- تأييد شهادة الكفاءة (Certificate of Competency Endorsement).
- شهادة GMDSS (إذا كان حامل رخصة ضابط سطح).
- جميع شهادات STCW (بما في ذلك الرعاية الطبية).
- إدارة موارد الجسر/غرفة المحركات (Bridge / Engine Room Resource Management).
- جواز سفر ساري المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر.

- شهادة BOSIET.
- شهادة جامعية في السلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان ممارسات الصحة والسلامة والطب المهني.
- خبرة في التحقيق في الحوادث وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- معرفة متعمقة ببروتوكولات الأمن والإجراءات.
- خبرة في تطوير وتقديم برامج التدريب على السلامة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.

Qualifications
- Must have offshore vessel experience and hold an international marine qualification
- An HSE certificate equivalent to the NEBOSH General Certificate is also required.
- Certificate of Competency with Proof of Verification
- Certificate of Competency Endorsement
- GMDSS Certificate (If Holding Deck Officer License)
- All STCW Certificates (including Medical Care)
- Bridge / Engine Room Resource Management
- Passport (Must be Valid At Least 06 Months)
- Seaman Book with All Sea time Entries (Must be Valid for At Least 06 Months)
- Marlins Test (Minimum 80% Marks) with Online Verification Proof
- Medical Fitness (Must be Valid for At Least 03 Months)
- H2S Familiarization Course
- Previous Saudi Aramco Approvals as Officer / Port Safety Officer
- BOSIET
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
- Experience conducting Accident Investigations and implementing corrective measures
- Knowledge of Security protocols and procedures
- Expertise in developing and delivering Safety Training programs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications in Health & Safety or related fields (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA certifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is preferred
