Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Aquatics Supervisor located in Dammam. The Aquatics Supervisor will be responsible for swim instruction, supervisory tasks, aquatics programs, swimming activities, and ensuring lifeguarding standards are met.

Qualifications

• Develop the existing and maintain an ongoing, 'learn to swim' and 'improvers' swimming program to service the needs of the community. The program will include
• Teach swimming to infant children through adults.
• Train Pool / Beach Lifeguards working in all Community areas in accordance with international pool / beach lifeguard training modules.
• Must be able to initiate and maintain on-going training schedules to pool beach lifeguards in accordance with the SAUDI ARAMCO pool beach lifeguard training modules.
• The training must be to a high standard and prepare the pool beach lifeguards for a 6-monthly pool beach lifeguard trade test or when required.
• Assist in the coaching of swimming teams, when required, as required by Company Representative.
• Develop and deliver, when required, relevant Swimming Teachers’ courses to qualify teachers and assistant teachers of swimming.
• Support Recreation in developing and organizing safety water campaigns and swimming challenges throughout the year.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the aquatic facilities including all cleaning schedules, supervision of duty staff and water purity checks where required as per the Companies Water Sanitation Code.
• Monitor the PPE equipment required for all duty personnel to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report to the Company Representative on any damage or misuse of the Company facilities.
