في أمازون، نعمل لنكون الشركة الأكثر تركيزاً على العملاء على وجه الأرض. نبحث عن محلل مالي في قسم العمليات المالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مكتب الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل مع قادة العمليات التجارية لتقديم الدعم المالي وتحسين العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع قادة العمليات التجارية في المملكة لتقديم المشورة والدعم المالي ودفع تحسين العمليات التنظيمية، مع القدرة على هيكلة المشكلات وإجراء التحليلات والعرض على كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين.
- إظهار رقابة مالية قوية؛ ضمان وجود ضوابط مالية رئيسية، ودفع الرقابة عبر المؤسسة، وتحديد فرص بناء عمليات جديدة تخلق بيئة رقابية محكمة.
- المسؤولية عن التقارير المالية الشهرية وفهم/إيصال الآثار المالية للعمليات التجارية إلى الجهات المعنية عبر الوظائف.
- توجيه العمليات المالية الأساسية للأنشطة التجارية، بما في ذلك خطط التشغيل السنوية والخطط طويلة الأجل والمراجعات الشهرية/الربعية للأعمال والمؤشرات الأسبوعية والتحديثات التوقعية.
- تحديد تحسينات التشغيل، والتعمق في هياكل التكاليف، وتحليل الفرص/الاستثمارات التجارية، بما في ذلك فرص تطوير الأعمال الرئيسية.
- القيادة والمشاركة كطرف مالي رئيسي في فرق متعددة الوظائف لدعم نمو الأعمال بسرعة، ودفع مشاريع متعددة الوظائف على مستوى الشبكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سنة واحدة أو أكثر من الخبرة في مجال المالية.
- سنتان أو أكثر من الخبرة في تطبيق مؤشرات الأداء المالي الرئيسية (KPIs) على التحليلات.
- سنة واحدة أو أكثر من الخبرة في إعداد التقارير المالية والتشغيلية/مجموعات البيانات التي تخدم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
- خبرة في Excel (وحدات الماكرو، INDEX، القوائم الشرطية، المصفوفات، عمليات البحث، الجداول المحورية).
- خبرة في استخدام البيانات للتأثير على القرارات التجارية.
- خبرة في إظهار مهارات حل المشكلات وتحليل السبب الجذري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- سنتان أو أكثر من الخبرة في المشاركة في مشاريع التحسين المستمر ضمن فريقك لتوسيع نطاق وتحسين الرقابة المالية بنتائج قابلة للقياس.
- خبرة في TM1 ومستودع البيانات وSQL.

Amazon Middle East is expanding and needs Finance leader who can setup robust processes and analytics in driving controllership and cost reduction initiatives. This role will be based out of Riyadh (KSA) Office.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Operation Business Leaders of KSA to provide advice, finance support, and drive process improvement throughout organization. You must have the ability to structure problems, perform analysis, and present to senior executives.
- Controllership is key to success; therefore, should demonstrate strong controllership. Ensure that key financial controls are in place and has ability to drive controllership across organization, identify opportunities to build new processes that create strong control environment. Controllership of monthly financial reporting and understand/communicate financial impacts from business processes to cross functional stakeholders.
- Guide the core financial processes for the businesses, including Annual Operating Plans, Long Term Plans, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly metrics, bridges and forecast updates.
- Identify operating improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze business opportunities/investments, including key business development opportunities.
- Lead and participate as a key finance stakeholder in cross functional teams members to support business growth at fast pace.
- Drive network level cross functional projects
- 1+ years of finance experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 1+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
