About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Product Development Engineer. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience in product development, system design, or a similar role within the technology sector is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages, are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required to effectively coordinate with various departments and stakeholders. Additionally, a proactive attitude and a passion for staying updated with industry trends will set candidates apart.

Responsibilities

As a Product Development Engineer at SiFi, your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing new telecommunications and networking products from concept through to production.
• Conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to align product specifications and timelines.
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Participating in testing, troubleshooting, and refining prototypes to meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and incorporating innovative solutions into product development processes.
