شركة PulseMediaNL، وكالة تسويق رقمي متخصصة في قطاعات الرعاية الصحية والطب والعافية، تبحث عن مطور واجهات أمامية مبتدئ (Junior Front-End Developer) للعمل عن بُعد من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، ومقرها في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وصيانة واجهات مستخدم متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام لعملاء قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
  • تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وعالي الجودة وقابل لإعادة الاستخدام.
  • المساعدة في بناء صفحات هبوط ومواقع وأصول تسويقية تدعم الحملات الرقمية.
  • العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمسوقين الرقميين ومديري المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ سلس للتصاميم والوظائف.
  • دعم المبادرات التسويقية من خلال تنفيذ تغييرات أمامية لتحسين SEO وCRO والأداء.
  • تحسين المواقع من حيث السرعة والأداء والتوافق عبر المتصفحات المختلفة.
  • ضمان التصميم المتجاوب عبر أجهزة الكمبيوتر واللوحي والجوال.
  • اتباع أفضل ممارسات إمكانية الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام.
  • المساعدة في صيانة وتحديث المواقع المبنية على أنظمة إدارة المحتوى مثل WordPress.
  • تنفيذ تحديثات المحتوى والتخطيطات وقوالب الصفحات حسب متطلبات العملاء والفِرق الداخلية.
  • تحديد وإصلاح الأخطاء الأمامية ومشاكل واجهة المستخدم.
  • اختبار الميزات عبر متصفحات وأجهزة متعددة لضمان الاتساق والموثوقية.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات والأطر الأمامية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • التعلم من المطورين الأكبر سناً والمشاركة في مراجعات الكود وجلسات التغذية الراجعة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية (تشمل التدريب الداخلي والعمل الحر والمشاريع الشخصية).
  • خبرة في العمل مع مواقع أو تطبيقات ويب حقيقية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تطوير الويب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
  • إلمام قوي بـ HTML5 وCSS3 وJavaScript.
  • معرفة بمبادئ التصميم المتجاوب والتطوير القائم على الجوال أولاً.
  • معرفة أساسية بأُطر أو مكتبات الواجهات الأمامية (مثل React أو Vue أو ما شابه) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة مع أنظمة إدارة المحتوى مثل WordPress مفضلة.
  • فهم أساسي لممارسات الواجهات الأمامية الملائمة لـ SEO.
  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة التحكم في الإصدارات (مثل Git).
  • الإلمام بأدوات تسليم التصميم مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
  • معرفة أساسية بتحسين الأداء والتوافق عبر المتصفحات.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وعقلية حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق عن بُعد.
  • الرغبة في التعلم والنمو وتقبل التغذية الراجعة بإيجابية.
  • القدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
  • معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة مع CSS Frameworks مثل Tailwind CSS أو Bootstrap.
  • فهم أساسي لمعايير إمكانية الوصول (WCAG).
  • خبرة سابقة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو الصناعات المنظمة تعتبر إضافة.
  • الإلمام بأدوات بناء JavaScript الأساسية أو سير العمل.
  • إتقان اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & Implementation

  • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for healthcare and medical clients.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality, and reusable front-end code.
  • Assist in building landing pages, websites, and marketing assets that support digital campaigns.

Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and functionality.
  • Support marketing initiatives by implementing front-end changes for SEO, CRO, and performance optimization.

Website Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Follow best practices for accessibility and usability.

CMS & Content Updates

  • Assist in maintaining and updating websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Implement content updates, layouts, and page templates as required by clients and internal teams.

Quality Assurance & Debugging

  • Identify and fix front-end bugs and UI issues.
  • Test features across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistency and reliability.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Actively learn from senior developers and participate in code reviews and feedback sessions.

Experience

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in front-end development (internships, freelance work, or personal projects count).
  • Experience working with real-world websites or web applications is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end practices.

Tools & Technologies

  • Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with design handoff tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback positively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with basic JavaScript build tools or workflows.
  • Knowledge of English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
