شركة PulseMediaNL، وكالة تسويق رقمي مبتكرة ومتخصصة في قطاعات الرعاية الصحية والطبية والعافية، تبحث عن Junior Front-End Developer للانضمام إلى فريقها عن بُعد، ومقرها في الشرقية الدمام السعودية. هذه الفرصة مثالية لمطور متحمس يرغب في بناء واجهات مستخدم عالية الجودة والتعاون مع المصممين والمسوقين في بيئة سريعة التركيز على الرعاية الصحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة واجهات ويب متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام لعملاء الرعاية الصحية والطبية
- ترجمة تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وعالي الجودة وقابل لإعادة الاستخدام
- المساعدة في بناء صفحات هبوط ومواقع وأصول تسويقية تدعم الحملات الرقمية
- العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمسوقين الرقميين ومديري المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ سلس للتصاميم والوظائف
- دعم المبادرات التسويقية من خلال تنفيذ تغييرات أمامية لتحسين SEO وCRO والأداء
- تحسين المواقع من حيث السرعة والأداء والتوافق عبر المتصفحات
- ضمان التصميم المتجاوب عبر أجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبي والأجهزة اللوحية والمحمولة
- اتباع أفضل ممارسات إمكانية الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام
- المساعدة في صيانة وتحديث المواقع المبنية على أنظمة إدارة المحتوى مثل WordPress
- تنفيذ تحديثات المحتوى والتخطيطات وقوالب الصفحات حسب متطلبات العملاء والفريق الداخلي
- تحديد وإصلاح الأخطاء الأمامية ومشاكل واجهة المستخدم
- اختبار الميزات عبر متصفحات وأجهزة متعددة لضمان الاتساق والموثوقية
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات وأطر العمل الأمامية وأفضل الممارسات
- التعلم النشط من المطورين الكبار والمشاركة في مراجعات الكود وجلسات التغذية الراجعة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0-2 سنوات في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية (تشمل التدريب الداخلي والعمل الحر والمشاريع الشخصية)
- خبرة عملية مع مواقع أو تطبيقات ويب حقيقية تُعتبر ميزة إضافية
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تطوير الويب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة)
- فهم متين لـ HTML5 و CSS3 و JavaScript
- الإلمام بمبادئ التصميم المتجاوب والتطوير القائم على الجوال أولاً
- معرفة أساسية بأطر العمل الأمامية مثل React أو Vue أو ما يشابهها (ميزة إضافية)
- خبرة مع أنظمة إدارة المحتوى مثل WordPress (مفضلة)
- فهم أساسي لممارسات SEO في الواجهة الأمامية
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة التحكم بالإصدارات مثل Git
- الإلمام بأدوات تسليم التصميم مثل Figma أو Adobe XD
- معرفة أساسية بتحسين الأداء والتوافق عبر المتصفحات
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وعقلية حل المشكلات
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل في فريق عن بُعد
- الرغبة في التعلم والنمو وتقبل الملاحظات بإيجابية
- القدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
- خبرة مع Tailwind CSS أو Bootstrap أو أطر CSS مماثلة (مفضلة)
- فهم أساسي لمعايير إمكانية الوصول (WCAG) (مفضل)
- الإلمام بصناعة الرعاية الصحية أو الطبية أو الصناعات المنظمة (ميزة إضافية)
- الإلمام بأدوات بناء JavaScript الأساسية أو سير العمل (مفضل)
- معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ والعربية ميزة قوية

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development & Implementation
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for healthcare and medical clients.
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality, and reusable front-end code.
- Assist in building landing pages, websites, and marketing assets that support digital campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and functionality.
- Support marketing initiatives by implementing front-end changes for SEO, CRO, and performance optimization.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Follow best practices for accessibility and usability.
- Assist in maintaining and updating websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Implement content updates, layouts, and page templates as required by clients and internal teams.
- Identify and fix front-end bugs and UI issues.
- Test features across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Actively learn from senior developers and participate in code reviews and feedback sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in front-end development (internships, freelance work, or personal projects count).
- Experience working with real-world websites or web applications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end practices.
- Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with design handoff tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback positively.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a bonus.

- Knowledge of English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
