About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Education Coordinator to join our team at Waad Education. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a passion for education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and stakeholders. As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all programs meet quality standards, align with curriculum goals, and deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in educational program management, curriculum design, or instructional coordination is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with educational technology tools and data analysis for program evaluation is highly desirable. Responsibilities

Manage budgets, resources, and schedules efficiently to ensure the successful execution of projects. Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners, including educational institutions and community organizations.
