تعلن شركة DB Engineering & Consulting (إحدى شركات Deutsche Bahn) عن توفر وظيفة Electronics Engineer (Transportation Systems Signals) (f/m/d) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن مشاريع السكك الحديدية والنقل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة واعتماد تصاميم أنظمة الإشارات والإرساليات الفنية ووثائق الواجهات، وضمان الامتثال لعقد التصميم والبناء ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات صاحب العمل.
- الإشراف على تكامل أنظمة الإشارات مع معدات السكك الحديدية الدارجة والاتصالات وأبواب المنصات وأنظمة الجر وأنظمة التحكم التشغيلية OCC/TCC.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية أثناء أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة الإشارات، بما في ذلك اختبارات القبول في المصنع وفي الموقع واختبارات التكامل والاختبارات الديناميكية والتشغيل التجريبي.
- مراقبة أداء نظام الإشارات وضمان الامتثال لأهداف الاعتمادية والتوفر وقابلية الصيانة والسلامة والمتطلبات التشغيلية (مثل الفترات الزمنية بين القطارات وملفات السرعة) ومعايير السلامة.
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق ومراجعات عدم المطابقة وإجراءات ضمان الجودة المتعلقة بتركيب وتكوين وتشغيل نظام الإشارات.
- تقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بالإشارات وأنماط الأعطال وتحديات الواجهات، وضمان تنفيذ وتتبع إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة.
- التنسيق مع فرق إدارة البرامج والإنشاءات وفرق الإشارات لدى المقاول وموفري الأنظمة وكيانات التشغيل والصيانة وممثلي صاحب العمل لحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان الجاهزية.
- إعداد تقارير نظام الإشارات وتقييمات التكامل وتحليلات الأداء ووثائق الامتثال لمراجعة صاحب العمل ولتقارير فريق إدارة البرامج والإنشاءات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة النظم أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع 15+ سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في أنظمة الإشارات.
- خبرة واسعة في أنظمة الإشارات السككية، بما في ذلك أنظمة التحكم الآلي في القطارات والتشغيل الآلي، والإشارات المعتمدة على الاتصالات، وأنظمة التقاطع، وكشف القطارات، وتكامل أنظمة الإشارات.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve signalling system designs, technical submittals, and interface documentation, ensuring compliance with the D&B Contract, safety standards, and Employer Requirements.
- Oversee system integration of signalling with rolling stock, telecommunications, platform screen doors, traction power systems, and OCC/TCC operational control systems.
- Provide technical leadership during signalling testing & commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, integration testing, dynamic testing, and trial running.
- Monitor signalling system performance, ensuring compliance with RAMS targets, operational requirements (e.g. headways, speed profiles), and safety criteria.
- Participate in inspections, audits, NCR reviews, and quality assurance processes related to signalling system installation, configuration, and operation.
- Assess signalling-related risks, failure modes, and interface challenges, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented and tracked.
- Coordinate with PMCM teams, D&B Contractor signalling teams, system suppliers, O&M Entity, and Employer representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure system readiness.
- Prepare signalling system reports, integration assessments, performance analyses, and compliance documentation for Employer review and PMCM reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant signalling experience
- Extensive experience in railway signalling systems, including ATC/ATO, CBTC, interlocking systems, train detection, and signalling‑system integration.
- Strong understanding of interfaces between signalling systems and rolling stock, telecoms, PSDs, traction power, SCADA, and OCC/TCC operations.
- Proven ability to review and validate technical documentation including signalling designs, interface control documents, test procedures, NCRs, and commissioning reports.
- Familiarity with RAMS frameworks, SIL classifications, and safety standards such as EN 50126 / EN 50129 for signalling systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess system performance, diagnose issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working within multi-disciplinary PMCM teams and engaging with contractors and stakeholders.
- High level of professional integrity, technical rigor, and adaptability required for complex system integration within a metro megaproject.
