تسعى شركة IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture للاستشارات الهندسية إلى توظيف مهندس كهرباء سعودي متميز وذو خبرة تقنية قوية في أنظمة الجهد العالي (HV) والمتوسط (MV). سيعمل المهندس في الرياض، السعودية، وسيساهم في تصميم وتحليل خطوط النقل الهوائية، المحطات الفرعية، والشبكات الكهربائية، بالإضافة إلى الدراسات الهندسية وتطوير المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التصميم والتحليل الهندسي لخطوط النقل الهوائية (OHTL) والمحطات الفرعية والشبكات ذات الجهد العالي والمتوسط.
- تطوير ومراجعة الحسابات الهندسية والتقارير الفنية ووثائق التصميم.
- إجراء دراسات النظام بما في ذلك تحليل تدفق الأحمال، وقصر الدارة، وتنسيق الحماية، وتحليل الاستقرار.
- إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات ومخرجات المشروع.
- دعم فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات بدءاً من التصميم المفاهيمي وحتى الهندسة التفصيلية.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات المشروع.
- التنسيق بشكل فعّال مع العملاء والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 3 إلى 7 سنوات في أنظمة الجهد العالي والمتوسط.
- خبرة مثبتة في: خطوط النقل الهوائية (OHTL)، تصميم المحطات الفرعية، تحليل شبكات الجهد العالي والمتوسط.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى شركات المرافق أو الاستشاريين الهندسيين أو بيئات EPC (يفضل ذلك).
- خبرة في التعاون مع فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات (يفضل ذلك).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج الصناعة القياسية مثل ETAP، و PSS(R)E أو PSCAD، و AutoCAD أو أدوات الرسم المماثلة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الكهربائية الدولية ذات الصلة (مثل IEC، IEEE).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

Key Responsibilities
Main descriptions of the job position:
- Perform engineering design and analysis for OHTL, substations, and MV/HV networks.
- Develop and review engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
- Conduct system studies, including load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, and stability analysis.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Support multidisciplinary project teams from concept design through detailed engineering.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- 3-7 years of professional experience in HV/MV power systems.
- Proven experience in:
- Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL)
- Substation design
- MV/HV network analysis
- Proficiency in industry standard software such as:
- ETAP
- PSS(R)E or PSCAD
- AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous work in utility companies, engineering consultants, or EPC environments.
- Experience of collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
