تعلن شركة سيمنز (Siemens) عن توفر وظيفة قائد تنفيذ المشاريع (Project Execution Lead) في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، ضمن قطاع الحلول الرقمية الصناعية (Digital Industries).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ حلول أنظمة التحكم (Control Systems) وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية للعملاء والمعايير الهندسية.
- وضع مفاهيم لحل المتطلبات المعقدة للعملاء وإعداد مواصفات المشروع بالتعاون مع الموردين والعملاء، خاصة لأنظمة توزيع المياه، البتروكيماويات، النفط والغاز (SCADA، ESD) سواء للمنشآت البرية أو البحرية.
- المسؤولية عن الهندسة البرمجية وتكامل الأنظمة الخارجية، بالإضافة إلى التخطيط للأجهزة والإشراف على إنتاج لوحات التحكم مع الشركاء والمقاولين في المملكة وخارجها (مراكز الهندسة العالمية).
- إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية، التحسين، القبول والتسليم للعميل (اختبارات داخلية، اختبارات في المصنع، اختبارات التكامل).
- إعداد وإنشاء ومراجعة وتحديث وثائق المشروع.
- دعم المناقصات الفنية والتعاون مع فريق العطاءات.
- الحفاظ على تحديثات منتظمة حول تنفيذ المشروع، أداء الفريق، والتطورات الرئيسية، ورفع التقارير والإبلاغ المناسب للإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل جامعي في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو مجال مشابه (يفضل بكالوريوس).
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 10-12 سنة، تشمل كلاً من الأعمال التشغيلية (المشاريع والخدمات) والوظائف غير التشغيلية (العطاءات).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في الهندسة والتشغيل على أنظمة DCS/SCADA من سيمنز (PCS 7)، مع إكمال دورة مشروع كاملة لتركيبات العملاء الرئيسية.
- القدرة على تولي مهام القيادة التقنية وإدارة المشاريع الفرعية ضمن مشاريع الأتمتة.
- الإلمام بمجموعة منتجات سيمنز وتكاملها في حلول الأتمتة والرقمنة، بالإضافة إلى منتجات الطرف الثالث ومعرفة ميزات منتجات المنافسين للربط البيني.
- معرفة قوية بمفاهيم الأمن السيبراني للأنظمة التشغيلية (OT Cybersecurity) وخبرة في تنفيذ OTCC لدى العملاء.
- شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الاستعداد للسفر المتكرر إلى مواقع العملاء (بنسبة 40%)، مع خبرة في التعامل مع ثقافات مختلفة.

- إجادة استخدام المنصات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي والرغبة في العمل بأحدث التقنيات.

You‘ll make an impact by:
- You’ll be able to develop and implement control system solutions for Control System Projects according to Customers’ technical specifications, standards, and engineering practices.
- You develop concepts for solving complex customer requirements and create project specifications including necessary clarifications with suppliers and customers, mainly for Water Distribution systems, Chemical & Petrochemical, Oil & Gas related SCADA (On-shore & Off-shore installations) and ESD systems
- In the engineering phase, you are responsible for the software engineering and integration of third-party systems, as well as hardware planning and monitoring of the production of control cabinets for the corresponding systems with the control of appropriate engineering partners and subcontractors in Saudi Arabia and abroad (Global Engineering Centers)
- Performing functional tests, optimizations, acceptance and delivery to the customer (internal tests, factory, integration tests)
- You handle the preparation, creation, review and updating of project documentation
- You support technical bidding and can collaborate with Bidding team
- You’ll maintain regular updates on project execution, team performance, and key developments, ensuring accurate and timely upward communication and escalation of relevant information to management.
- The individual should be a qualified professional, preferably Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or similar field) with minimum 10-12 years’ working experience with background from both operational business (project & service) and non-operational functions (bidding).
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of engineering & commissioning on Siemens DCS/SCADA - PCS 7 and have completed project cycle for major customer installations.
- You can take on technical lead tasks as well as managing subprojects within automation projects.
- You have an overview of the Siemens product range and its integration into automation and digitization solutions, third-party products as well as experience in product features from competitors for interfacing.
- Have sound knowledge of OT Cybersecurity concepts and have worked on OTCC deployments for customers
- Certification in Project management (e.g. PMP certification) is preferred
