Hilton تعلن عن وظيفة Electrician (فني كهرباء) في مكة وجدة، السعودية. يتحمل فني الكهرباء مسؤولية دعم فريق الصيانة في الحفاظ على أنظمة ومعدات الكهرباء بالفندق، وضمان تشغيلها بأمان وكفاءة وفقاً لمعايير الفندق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية، وأنظمة الإضاءة، والمقابس، والمفاتيح، ولوحات التحكم.
- فحص التركيبات الكهربائية والتأكد من تشغيلها بأمان وكفاءة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة الكهربائية من مختلف أقسام الفندق.
- دعم فريق الصيانة أثناء مشاريع الصيانة والتجديد والتركيب.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات الكهربائية والإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر أو عيوب محتملة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال الكهربائية لمعايير السلامة بالفندق واللوائح المعمول بها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات وحالة المعدات.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة في الفندق وبروتوكولات الطوارئ.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء فريق الصيانة الآخرين لحل مشكلات الصيانة بكفاءة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة فنية/مهنية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة كفني كهرباء، ويفضل في فندق أو منشأة مماثلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة الكهربائية، والأسلاك، والإضاءة، والمعدات الكهربائية.
- القدرة على تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية.
- معرفة معايير وإجراءات السلامة الكهربائية.
- مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.

The Electrician is responsible for supporting the Engineering team in maintaining the hotel's electrical systems and equipment. The role ensures that all electrical installations and equipment are operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with hotel standards. The Electrician will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and respond to maintenance requests across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and hotel facilities.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting systems, power outlets, switches, and control panels.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to electrical maintenance requests from different hotel departments.
- Support the Engineering team during maintenance, renovation, and installation projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and report any potential hazards or defects.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with hotel safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.
- Follow all hotel Health & Safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Coordinate with other Engineering team members to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Electrician, preferably in a hotel or similar facility.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
