تعلن شركة صافولا عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى Planner.SC - التخطيط المتكامل (المركز الرئيسي) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن تخطيط إعادة التموين لمراكز التوزيع والمخازن لتحقيق التوفر المستهدف مع التركيز على العملاء، والحفاظ على مستويات مخزون صحية. يؤثر التنفيذ الناجح لهذا الدور مباشرة على توفر المنتجات ومستويات المخزون، مما ينعكس على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية للشركة والحفاظ على التدفق النقدي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط أوامر إعادة التموين لمراكز التوزيع والمخازن لضمان توفر المنتجات ودعم أهداف المبيعات ورضا العملاء.
- مراقبة وتحليل مستويات المخزون واتجاهات الطلب ومعايير التوريد لضمان توازن المخزون عبر الشبكة وتقليل حالات التكدس أو نفاد المخزون.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والمشترين وفرق اللوجستيات لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب بما يتوافق مع خطط إعادة التموين.
- مراجعة وتعديل معايير التخطيط ومدخلات التوقعات لضمان دقة الطلبات والاستجابة لتغيرات السوق.
- تقييم أداء المخزون في مراكز التوزيع والمخازن لتحديد مجالات التحسين واقتراح إجراءات للحفاظ على مستويات مخزون صحية.
- التعاون مع الفرق التجارية والتشغيلية لضمان تنفيذ سلس للعروض الترويجية والأنشطة الموسمية وإدخال المنتجات الجديدة.
- إنشاء وصيانة تقارير التخطيط وإعادة التموين لضمان رؤية أداء المخزون ودعم اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
- تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين العمليات ضمن وظيفة التخطيط لتعزيز الدقة والكفاءة والإنتاجية.
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات التخطيط ومعايير النظام للحفاظ على الاتساق والامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة.
- خلفية في الجدولة الرئيسية، والتوقعات، والمشتريات، والتخطيط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على العمل بنجاح مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات حاسوبية قوية تشمل Microsoft Office و Tableau.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت.
- قدرات تحليلية ورياضية قوية.

The successful execution of the role has a direct impact on the items availability inventory level this will result on achieving company sales volume/profitability targets and maintain the cash flow

Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountbntabilities
- Plan replenishment orders for Distribution Centers (DCs) and stores to ensure product availability that supports sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and supply parameters to ensure balanced stock across the network and minimize overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and alignment with replenishment plans.
- Review and adjust planning parameters and forecast inputs to ensure optimal order accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.
- Evaluate DC and store inventory performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to maintain healthy stock levels.
- Collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, seasonal activities, and new product introductions.
- Generate and maintain planning and replenishment reports to ensure visibility of inventory performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives within the planning function to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to planning policies, procedures, and system parameters to maintain consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Tableau.
- Good communication skills

- Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning.
- Strong analytical & mathematical abilities.
- Details oriented & extreme accuracy is needed.
