Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework in line with regulatory requirements, including SAMA guidelines.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical processes and recovery priorities.
• Design and test Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Coordinate and lead BCP drills, simulations, and awareness programs across all departments.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related role.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and BCM frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Professional certification (CBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
