شركة Golden Compass، وهي شركة استشارية وحفر وخدمات دولية تعمل في قطاع الموارد الأرضية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني ميكانيكي ميداني في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • السفر إلى المواقع الميدانية لإجراء التشخيص، وإصلاح الأعطال الطارئة، والفحوصات المجدولة للآلات والمركبات.
  • تشخيص المشاكل الميكانيكية وإجراء الصيانة التصحيحية على المعدات.
  • تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية وقوائم التفتيش لضمان موثوقية المعدات وجاهزيتها التشغيلية.
  • التأكد من فحص المعدات بشكل صحيح قبل نشرها في المواقع الميدانية.
  • حفظ سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات.
  • الإبلاغ عن المشكلات الميدانية وحالة المعدات ومتطلبات قطع الغيار إلى منسق الميدان أو مشرف الصيانة.
  • إدارة المخزون في الموقع من قطع الغيار الأساسية مثل الخراطيم والفلاتر ومواد التشحيم.
  • اتباع إجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالموقع وسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) خلال جميع أنشطة الصيانة.
  • استخدام أدوات التشخيص لاختبار أداء المعدات وتحديد الأعطال المحتملة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ميكانيكية أو هيدروليكية مع خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات.
  • خبرة عملية سابقة في التعامل مع منصات الحفر أو المعدات الثقيلة.
  • قدرات الصيانة الخدمية الميدانية ومعرفة بالحاسب الآلي لتنفيذ التقارير والتحديثات.
  • شهادات في اللحام والتصنيع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية.
  • معرفة بصيانة المعدات الثقيلة والآليات.
  • القدرة على العمل في البيئات الميدانية والتشغيلية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على اتباع إجراءات السلامة ومعايير الصيانة.

Role Description

Maintain and repair machinery and vehicles, and responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of machines, engines, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to field sites to perform diagnostics, emergency breakdown repairs, and scheduled inspections on machinery and vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and inspection checklists to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.
  • Ensure equipment is properly inspected before deployment to field sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Report field issues, equipment status, and spare parts requirements to the Field Coordinator or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Manage onsite inventory of essential spare parts such as hoses, filters, and lubricants.
  • Follow site safety procedures and HSE policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Use diagnostic tools to test equipment performance and identify potential malfunctions

Qualifications

  • Mechanical or Hydraulic Trade certificate with 5-10 years’ experience.
  • Previous hands-on exposure with drill rigs or heavy equipment.
  • Field service maintenance capabilities & computer literate to execute reporting and updates.
  • Welding & fabrication certificates will be an advantage

Skills

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery maintenance.
  • Ability to work in field and operational environments.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintenance standards
