تعلن شركة معادن عن وظيفة Chief Specialist, Business Integration Partner - GGM في الرياض، حيث ستعمل كشريك أعمال رئيسي لأعمال الذهب والمعادن الأساسية، لضمان تحقيق القيمة عبر عمليات الذهب الحالية والمستقبلية، وترسيخ مكانة معادن كشركة رائدة في التعدين القائم على التقنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق مواءمة أعمال الذهب/المعادن الأساسية مع المجالات التقنية (Domains) وقيادة عملية التسليم.
- تمثيل وجمع أولويات ومؤشرات الأداء وأهداف القيمة لأعمال الذهب/المعادن الأساسية في المبادرات على مستوى المجالات.
- ضمان عكس حلول المجالات للواقع التشغيلي وملفات المخاطر ومحركات الأداء الخاصة بالذهب.
- العمل كنقطة تنسيق وحيدة بين قيادة الذهب وفرق المجالات.
- التعاون مع متكامل المجالات (Domain Integrators) لترجمة أهداف المجالات إلى مبادرات وحالات استخدام خاصة بالذهب.
- التعاون مع كبار المتخصصين (Chief Specialists) لصياغة حلول تلبي احتياجات أعمال الذهب/المعادن الأساسية، بالتنسيق مع فريق Full Potential.
- دعم قادة المبادرات التقنية بالمعلومات السياقية ومعايير النجاح الخاصة بالذهب لتحديد خلق القيمة من فرص Full Potential.
- ضمان توافق المبادرات المؤثرة على المجالات مع مؤشرات الأداء وأهداف القيمة وأولويات الاستثمار للمهمة السنوية لمجال BMNM.
- دعم تحديد الأولويات والتسلسل لتعظيم تحقيق القيمة للذهب/المعادن الأساسية، وتتبع تحقيق المنافع عبر المبادرات.
- دعم تطوير متطلبات التمكين التقني من المنصات المختلفة ضمن المجموعة التقنية (Tech Stack).
- ضمان مواءمة العمليات والنماذج التشغيلية وإدارة الأداء لتنمية المساهمة في برنامج تمكين TechOps.
- العمل كمستشار موثوق لقيادة الذهب/المعادن الأساسية في المبادرات المتعلقة بالمجالات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة أو الجيولوجيا أو العمليات أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في عمليات الذهب/المعادن الأساسية أو الأدوار التجارية ذات الصلة.
- فهم قوي لنماذج التشغيل التعدينية ومحركات الاقتصاد.
- خبرة في دعم المبادرات متعددة الوظائف أو الممكّنة تقنيًا.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل عبر وحدات الأعمال والفرق التخصصية.
المهارات المطلوبة

Coordinate Gold / Base Metal Business Alignment
Minimum Qualifications:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acts as the primary business partner for the Gold & Base Metal business, ensuring all domains deliver tangible value across our current Gold operations, including future base metal ops and positioning Maaden as the world’s leading technology-enabled miner
- Works closely with Domain Integrators and Chief Specialists to tailor domain solutions to Gold-specific operational, geological, and economic contexts
- Ensures alignment of KPIs, value outcomes, and initiatives impacting the Gold & Base metals business
- Create alignment with the Business Unit senior leadership and the capital projects teams to get the alignment of how the TechOps Domains will be influenced and influence the delivery of value from the domain
Coordinate Gold / Base Metal Business Alignment
- Drive the delivery
- Represent & collate the Gold / Base Metal business priorities, KPIs, and value objectives in domain-level initiatives
- Ensure domain solutions reflect Gold operational realities, risk profiles, and performance drivers
- Act as the single coordination point between Gold leadership and domain teams
- Work with Domain Integrators to translate domain objectives into Gold-specific initiatives and use cases
- Collaborate with Chief Specialists to shape solutions that address Gold & Base metal business needs, aligned with the Full Potential team
- Support Technical Initiative Leads with Gold-specific business context and success criteria to determine the value creation from full potential opportunities identified in collaboration
- Ensure initiatives impacting the Domains align with agreed KPIs, value targets, and investment priorities for the BMNM Domain Mission and annual objectives
- Support prioritization and sequencing to maximize Gold & Base metal value realization
- Track and support realization of benefits across Gold & Base Metal initiatives
- Support development of technology enablement requirements from different platforms that are part of the tech stack
- Ensure alignment of processes, operating models, and performance management to mature Operational excellence contribution to the TechOps enablement program
- Act as a trusted advisor to Gold / Base Metal leadership on domain-driven initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Operations, or Business
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Operations, or Business
- 12+ years’ experience in Gold/Base Metal operations or business roles
- Strong understanding of mining operating models and economic drivers
- Experience supporting cross-functional or technology-enabled initiatives
- Proven ability to operate across business units and specialist teams
- Gold / Base Metal operational optimisation and value drivers' identification
- Business partnering in asset-intensive environments
- KPI and value-focused decision making
