تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة صيدلي عيادات خارجية في منطقة مكة المكرمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

صرف الأدوية التي يصفها الأطباء المختصون مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة، وضمان عملية سلسة وسريعة تساهم في تحقيق أقصى رضا للمرضى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وتفسير وتوضيح أوامر الأدوية الصادرة عن الأطباء، والتحقق من جميع الجرعات والمدة، وفحص التداخلات الدوائية المحتملة والمؤشر السريري، والتواصل مع الطبيب المختص في حال وجود أي غموض أو استفسار.
  • الإشراف على تحضير الأدوية التي تم التحقق منها، وإجراء المراجعة المزدوجة والتحقق من صحة البطاقات التعريفية للأدوية المحضرة ثم صرفها.
  • حساب كمية الدواء المطلوب صرفها بناءً على وزن الجسم وعمر المريض.
  • إدخال الوصفات الخارجية أو الطلبات في نظام إدخال أوامر الأطباء المحوسب (CPOE) الخاص بنظام معلومات مستشفى فقيه قبل الصرف.
  • ضمان استدعاء المرضى إلى نوافذ الصرف بشكل فوري وفي الوقت المناسب، والعمل على تقليل وقت انتظار المرضى إلى أدنى حد ممكن.
  • تقديم المشورة للمرضى ومقدمي الرعاية حول الاستخدام الآمن والسليم للدواء، والتخزين، والتداخلات، وغيرها.
  • اتباع جميع إجراءات سلامة الأدوية عند صرف الأدوية.
  • الحفاظ على مراقبة المخزون وأمن جميع الأدوية، وحفظ السجلات والتخزين الآمن للمخدرات والأدوية الخاضعة للرقابة.
  • تحديد الأدوية التي تقترب صلاحيتها والتعامل معها بشكل مناسب وفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية، وعدم صرف أي دواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيته.
  • إكمال عملية تحصيل رسوم الأدوية التي تم صرفها للمرضى بشكل صحيح.
  • إظهار المعرفة بالتخزين السليم والتعامل مع المواد الخطرة الموجودة في مكان العمل، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات الإسعافات الأولية اللازمة في حال التعرض العرضي.
  • إظهار المعرفة والمهارات في استخدام قائمة الأدوية المعتمدة، وتحديد البدائل العامة، والمؤشر، ودور حدود الخصم، وتطبيق قيود كمية الوصفات.
  • الممارسة والامتثال الكامل لمعايير مكافحة العدوى والوقاية الحالية عند التعامل مع الأدوية وتحضير محاليل الوريد والتغذية الوريدية الكلية (TPN).
  • المساهمة في تدريب وتعريف الصيادلة الجدد والطلاب والمتدربين.
  • إظهار المعرفة بالأدوية التي لا تستلزم وصفة طبية (OTC) شائعة الاستخدام.
  • تقديم تقارير إلى مشرف/مدير الصيدلية وتسجيل أي خطأ دوائي أو رد فعل دوائي ضار في نظام OVR.
  • حضور برامج التعليم المستمر للحفاظ على الخبرة في الصيدلة والترخيص المطلوب.
  • ضمان التسجيل في برنامج التعليم المستمر فيما يتعلق بممارسات إدارة الدواء والأدوية عالية الخطورة والأخطاء الدوائية وغيرها.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية إذا كان ذلك مناسباً.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي بشكل استباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة في العمل، الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل، الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التوعية التدريبية والمبادرات لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في بيئة الصيدلية بالمستشفيات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة من هيئة الرقابة الصحية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS / DHA).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات حاسوبية جيدة مع إتقان استخدام برامج مثل Microsoft Word و Excel.
  • السعي النشط لتطوير المهارات المهنية من خلال المشاركة في التدريب والخبرات المهنية المناسبة.

Description

Job Purpose:

Dispenses medications ordered by privileged physicians while observing at all times highest standards of safety and quality and ensuring prompt seamless process that is conducive to highest patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Reviews, interprets, clarifies doctor’s medications orders and verifies all orders doses, duration and checks for potential drug-to-drug interaction and clinical indication. Communicates with ordering doctor in case of any ambiguity or concern.
  • Oversees the preparation of the verified medications, performs double-checking and review of proper labeling for the prepared medications and then dispenses.
  • Calculates the amount of the drug product to dispense for a prescription based upon body weight and patient age.
  • Performs computer entry of outside prescriptions or orders into CPOE of Fakeeh Care HIS before dispensing.
  • Ensures prompt and timely calling of patients to dispensing windows and aims at reducing patients waiting time to the minimum possible.
  • Counsels the patients and caregivers on the proper & safe use of medication, storage, and interactions, etc.
  • Follows all medication safety procedures when dispensing medications.
  • Maintains inventory control & security of all drugs, record keeping and secured storage of narcotics and controlled medications.
  • Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications according to Fakeeh Care policies and NEVER dispenses a medication beyond its expiry date.
  • Properly completes charging of patients for dispensed medications.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
  • Demonstrates knowledge & skills in utilizing formulary, identifications of generic substitution, indication and the role of deductible limits and application of prescription quantity limitations.
  • Practices and fully complies with current infection prevention and control standards when handling medications and preparing IV and TPN formulas.
  • Contributes to training and induction orientation for newly hired pharmacists and students and trainees.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used over the counter (OTC) drugs.
  • Reports to pharmacy supervisor/ manager and enters on OVR any encountered medication error or ADR.
  • Attends continuing education programs to maintain expertise in pharmacy and required licensure.
  • Ensures Enrollment in continuous education program regarding medication management practices, high risk medications, medication errors and others.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Competent computer skills with software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Actively strive to upgrade professional skills through engaging in appropriate professional training and experience.

Experience

0 - 2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy setting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy.

Language

Good command of oral and written English.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA).
