المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع وتسليم الشحنات: جمع وتسليم الشحنات من وإلى مواقع العملاء بأمان وكفاءة ضمن مسار محدد في منطقتك وحولها.
- خدمة العملاء: تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة، والإجابة على استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات بأسلوب إيجابي ومهني.
- التعامل مع الشحنات: ضمان التعامل مع جميع الشحنات بعناية، ومسحها ضوئياً بشكل صحيح، واستكمال جميع المستندات والوثائق اللازمة بدقة.
- إدارة المسار: تخطيط واتباع المسارات الأكثر كفاءة للتسليم في الوقت المحدد، مع مراعاة أنماط حركة المرور ومواعيد التسليم النهائية.
- تشغيل المركبة والسلامة: قيادة مركبة الشركة بأمان وقانونية. إجراء فحوصات يومية للمركبة والإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات صيانة لضمان أن تكون المركبة في حالة مثالية.
- استخدام التكنولوجيا: استخدام الماسحات الضوئية المحمولة (handheld scanners) وغيرها من تقنيات الشركة لتتبع الشحنات وتحديث حالة التسليم وإدارة المسارات.
- الامتثال: الالتزام بجميع سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومعايير السلامة، بما في ذلك الجمارك والأمن والبضائع الخطرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل العلمي: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- رخصة القيادة: يجب أن تكون بحوزتك رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول مع سجل قيادة نظيف (رخصة قيادة خفيفة / ثقيلة).
- المعرفة المحلية: معرفة ممتازة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
- المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة. مهارات التواصل باللغة العربية (مستوى أساسي إلى متوسط) ميزة إضافية قوية.
- اللياقة البدنية: القدرة على التعامل مع ورفع الطرود ذات الأوزان المختلفة، والنشاط البدني لفترات طويلة.
- التركيز على العملاء: شغف حقيقي برضا العملاء وشخصية ودودة وسهلة الوصول.

Overall Role Purpose
As a Field Courier for DHL Express, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe collection and delivery of time-sensitive shipments, providing an exceptional and friendly service experience to our customers. Your professionalism and dedication are crucial in ensuring we meet our commitments and maintain our position as the world's most international company.
Your Tasks:
- Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver shipments to and from customer locations within a designated route in and around your area.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues with a positive and professional demeanour.
- Shipment Handling: Ensure all shipments are handled with care, are correctly scanned, and all necessary paperwork, paperwork’s and documentation are accurately completed.
- Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery, considering traffic patterns and delivery deadlines.
- Vehicle Operation & Safety: Operate the company vehicle safely and lawfully. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Technology Use: The utilization and handheld scanners and other company technology to track shipments, update delivery statuses, and manage routes.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including customs, security, and dangerous goods.
- Education: A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.(Lightweight /Heavy weight Driver License)
- Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Arabic basic to intermediate communication skills are highly advantageous.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle and lift packages of varying weights and to be physically active for extended periods.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and a friendly, approachable personality.
