تعلن شركة Subsea7 عن توفر وظيفة Finance Lead للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية (الخبر) بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك بعقد لمدة 12 شهراً، حيث سيتولى تنسيق الأنشطة المالية اليومية عبر خمس كيانات قانونية في الإمارات وقطر وسنغافورة، وضمان التقارير المالية الدقيقة وفقاً لمعايير IFRS وGAAP المحلية وسياسات المجموعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كجهة اتصال مالية محلية رئيسية وتنسيق الأنشطة المالية اليومية عبر خمس كيانات قانونية في الإمارات وقطر وسنغافورة.
- إدارة الأنشطة المالية اليومية للكيانات ضمن النطاق، وضمان المحاسبة الدقيقة، والتنبؤ الفعال بالتدفقات النقدية، وإدارة النفقات الرأسمالية، والامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية المحلية وسياسات المجموعة، وتسليم التقارير المالية في الوقت المحدد.
- تقديم الإشراف اليومي والتوجيه والدعم الفني للمحاسب المعين، وضمان إنجاز العمل بدقة وضمن المواعيد النهائية المتفق عليها.
- العمل كنائب لمدير المالية، وتوفير القيادة التشغيلية، وتنسيق الأنشطة المالية الإقليمية، وتحديد الأولويات عبر الفريق، والحفاظ على استمرارية التشغيل عبر الكيانات القانونية.
- دعم تنفيذ المبادرات التنظيمية والتجارية المحلية، بما في ذلك المتطلبات المحاسبية الجديدة، والفواتير الإلكترونية، وغيرها من التغييرات القانونية أو التشغيلية التي تؤثر على الكيانات.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين بما في ذلك الشؤون القانونية وسلسلة التوريد والموارد البشرية والخزانة والضرائب ومراقبة المشاريع والفرق التشغيلية لدعم الأنشطة التجارية وحل المسائل المتعلقة بالمالية.
- تحديد المخاطر، واقتراح الحلول العملية، ودعم التحسينات المستمرة للعمليات المالية والضوابط الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- مؤهل محاسبي مهني (CPA، ACCA، ACA أو ما يعادلها).
- معرفة عمل قوية بمعايير IFRS وGAAP المحلية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة أو المالية ضمن بيئة دولية ومتعددة الثقافات.
- خبرة إدارية / إشرافية في بيئة دولية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن صناعة الطاقة أو صناعة EPC.
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق مالية متعددة الوظائف ومراكز الخدمة المشتركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنية محاسبية متينة.
- مهارات فعالة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات فعالة في التنظيم والتخطيط والتنسيق.
- دافع ذاتي وموجه نحو الحلول.
- القدرة على التعامل مع عدة مسؤوليات في وقت واحد وإدارة المواعيد النهائية المتضاربة والأداء الفعال في بيئة مزدحمة.

What will you be doing?
General Responsibilities
- Act as the primary local finance contact and coordinate the day-to-day finance activities across five legal entities in the UAE, Qatar and Singapore.
- Manage the day-to-day financial activities across the entities within scope, ensuring accurate accounting, effective cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure management, compliance with local statutory requirements and Group policies, and the timely delivery of financial reporting.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and technical support to the assigned accountant, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Act as deputy to the Finance Manager, providing operational leadership, coordinating regional finance activities, setting priorities across the team and maintaining operational continuity across the legal entities.
- Support the implementation of local regulatory and business initiatives, including new accounting requirements, e-invoicing and other statutory or operational changes impacting the entities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Supply Chain, HR, Treasury, Tax, Project Controls and operational teams to support business activities and resolve finance-related matters.
- Identify risks, recommend practical solutions and support continuous improvements to finance processes and internal controls.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Solid working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in accounting or finance within an international and multicultural environment.
- Management / Supervisory experience in international environment
- Previous experience working within the Energy or EPC industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional finance teams and shared service centre
- Solid technical accounting knowledge
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Effective organizational, planning and coordination skills
- Motivated, self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to handle several responsibilities at once, manage competing deadlines and perform effectively in a busy environment.
