Role Description The Cashier role at SHAR Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments, and issuing receipts in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include balancing the cash register, reconciling payment records, and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor. The Cashier also assists customers with billing inquiries, provides clear information about prices and services, and maintains a clean and organized checkout area. This role requires consistent adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and coordination with the finance and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong cash-handling abilities, including accurate counting, reconciliation, and basic math skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment terminals, and basic computer applications.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to assist customers and collaborate with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures, maintaining records, and safeguarding financial information.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh on a full-time basis, including flexibility for shifts as required by operations.
• Prior experience in cashier, retail, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of English and Arabic is beneficial for interacting with a diverse customer base.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in accounting or finance is a plus.
