Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Summary

The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting hospital services, generating business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. The role helps build relationships with patients, corporate clients, and community stakeholders while enhancing awareness and utilization of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, programs, and healthcare offerings to potential patients, corporate clients, and other stakeholders
• Identify business development opportunities and support initiatives that increase patient volumes and revenue generation
• Assist in achieving sales targets and prepare reports on sales activities, business opportunities, and performance outcomes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field
• Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
