تعلن شركة علم عن توفر وظيفة Associate Principal - AI Platform في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم خبرة متقدمة في تمكين المنصات المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال ترجمة احتياجات الأعمال إلى حلول قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتحديد نطاق الحلول، ودعم تبني المنصة، وضمان التوافق بين أهداف الأعمال والقدرات التقنية وخارطة طريق المنتج. يساهم الدور في تعظيم القيمة التجارية من خلال مبادرات الذكاء الاصطناعي مع دعم إشراك أصحاب المصلحة والتطوير الاستراتيجي للمنصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد نطاق حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي وقدرات المنصة بناءً على أهداف الأعمال وتقييم حالات الاستخدام والتوصية بالقدرات المناسبة للمنصة.
- دعم تبني خدمات المنصة وتحسينها المستمر.
- تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وترجمتها إلى متطلبات وظيفية وغير وظيفية وفنية، وتطوير مفاهيم حلول متوافقة مع قدرات المنصة.
- ضمان توثيق متطلبات الأعمال بشكل واضح وقابل للتتبع.
- التعاون مع الفرق الفنية لضمان توافق حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي مع بنية المؤسسة وخارطة طريق المنصة، وتقييم الجدوى الفنية والتوصية بالتحسينات.
- دعم تحديد أولويات قدرات المنصة بناءً على القيمة التجارية.
- دعم تقييم البائعين والتقييمات الفنية المتعلقة بخدمات المنصة، ومراجعة مخرجات البائعين لضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء الخارجيين خلال أنشطة تنفيذ الحلول.
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الممكنة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتقييم قيمتها الاستراتيجية والتجارية، ودعم تطوير دراسات الجدوى لمبادرات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق والتقنيات الناشئة في الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحديد فرص النمو.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة التجاريين لفهم الأهداف الاستراتيجية واحتياجات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقديم إرشادات حول قدرات المنصة وخيارات الحلول.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات، الذكاء الاصطناعي، تحليل الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية في إدارة المنتجات، تحليل الأعمال، الذكاء الاصطناعي، المنصات السحابية، أو منهجيات أجايل.
- خبرة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجالات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي، تحليل الأعمال، إدارة المنتجات، الحلول الرقمية، أو مبادرات تقنية قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع خبرة مثبتة في ترجمة احتياجات الأعمال إلى حلول قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر الأقسام.

Academic And Professional Qualifications

- Professional certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Platforms, or Agile methodologies are considered an advantage.
- 6-8 years of experience in AI platforms, business analysis, product management, digital solutions, or AI-enabled technology initiatives, with demonstrated experience in translating business needs into AI-driven solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
