Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join the LA HAUT Maison et Ciel team. The role is responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and personalized service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, food and beverage service, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and attentive dining experience.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage selections, and confidently answer guest questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and available beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations when appropriate.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Management when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset according to restaurant standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host team, and other service staff.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and restaurant operating procedures.
• Process orders and payments accurately when required.
• Support opening, closing, and daily restaurant preparation procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and consistently uphold the brand's hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or premium hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
