We are currently hiring an Automation Engineer to join a leading telecom and technology environment in Saudi Arabia, driving intelligent automation, AI powered operations, and digital transformation initiatives.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

• Strong experience in Runbook Automation and Robotic Process Automation

• Experience designing and implementing end to end automation solutions

• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and AIOps use cases

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work with cross functional teams and customer stakeholders

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• Design and implementation of Runbook and Robotic Automation solutions

• Development of automated alarm monitoring and anomaly detection systems

• Experience with AI driven troubleshooting and automated incident remediation

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, and JSON

• Experience integrating APIs and automation workflows into enterprise platforms

• Knowledge of databases including MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server, and Oracle

• Hands on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, ENABLE, or MITO

• Experience delivering automation projects that improve operational efficiency and reduce incidents

• Ability to develop technical solutions, conduct workshops, and support customer engagements
