About The Role

In this role, you will design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on building AI agents, intelligent workflows, and enterprise AI platforms.

You’ll play a hands-on role in integrating AI models, developing scalable solutions, and driving automation across the organisation, ensuring AI capabilities are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Importantly, you will be leading the design and delivery of scalable AI agent solutions, defining architectures, orchestration workflows, and deployment standards. Moreover, building agentic AI capabilities that enable autonomous decision-making and intelligent task execution.

Yours is a role of developing and integrating AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval systems and Embedding AI solutions into enterprise platforms (such as watsonx, Copilot, and similar ecosystems) to create seamless, end-to-end intelligent workflows.

Central to your success in this role, you'll drive automation and enhancing operational efficiency through AI-led innovation and ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering with an AI/ML focus.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms, along with strong technical skills, and a proactive mindset focused on delivering impactful AI solutions.

Naturally, you'll have proven experience working withenterprise AI platforms and APIs with strong programming skills in Python, with solid system integration experience.
