تعلن شركة Bouygues Travaux Publics عن توفر وظيفة Mechanic Foreman في منطقة تبوك (العلا)، السعودية، للإشراف على أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية للمعدات وتنسيق أعمال الإصلاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الميكانيكية اليومية لمعدات المشروع وتنسيق أعمال الإصلاح في الورشة أو الميدان حسب الحاجة.
- توزيع المهام على الفنيين ومتابعة سير العمل وضمان إنجازه وفق إجراءات السلامة المعتمدة.
- فحص الأنظمة الميكانيكية وتشخيص الأعطال ووضع خطط التصحيح للأعطال الطارئة والصيانة الوقائية.
- دعم مراقبة المخزون من خلال تتبع المواد الاستهلاكية والأدوات، والتنسيق مع الفريق المختص لتلبية احتياجات المشتريات.
- حفظ سجلات الصيانة والإبلاغ عن الأداء والمشكلات وحالة إنجاز العمل لقيادة المشروع.
- التنسيق مع تخصصات الصيانة الأخرى لضمان تكامل أعمال تشغيل المعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في الصيانة الميكانيكية والإشراف على فرق الصيانة بمستوى فورمان أو ما يعادله.
- مهارات تشخيص قوية للمعدات الدوارة والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية والمكونات الميكانيكية العامة.
- القدرة على قراءة المستندات الفنية مثل كتيبات المعدات وقوائم الصيانة وتعليمات العمل.
- مهارات قيادية وتنسيقية لإدارة سير العمل وتحديد الأولويات وضمان جودة الصنعة.
- معرفة عملية بممارسات السلامة الخاصة بالصيانة الميكانيكية، بما في ذلك إجراءات الإغلاق والتأمين (Lockout/Tagout) وإجراءات العمل الآمنة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة صناعية مع المشاركة العملية والالتزام بقواعد الموقع والتصاريح.
- خلفية مهنية مناسبة في الميكانيكا أو مجال ذي صلة (مثل مؤهل مهني/تقني) مناسب لأعمال صيانة المعدات.
- أهلية العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية والاستعداد للإقامة في العلا للعمل بدوام كامل في الموقع.

Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and supervising maintenance teams at a foreman or similar lead level.
- Strong diagnostic skills for rotating equipment, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and general mechanical components.
- Ability to read technical documents such as equipment manuals, maintenance checklists, and job instructions.
- Demonstrated leadership and task coordination skills to manage workflow, priorities, and quality of workmanship.
- Working knowledge of safety practices relevant to mechanical maintenance, including lockout/tagout and safe work procedures.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment with hands-on participation and adherence to site rules and permits.
- Suitable trade background in mechanical or related field (e.g., vocational/technical qualification) appropriate for plant maintenance work.
- Saudi Arabia work eligibility and willingness to be based in Al Ula for full-time onsite responsibilities.
