نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مهندس بنية تحتية لتقنية المعلومات، ستقوم بتنفيذ وصيانة البنية التحتية الحيوية لتقنية المعلومات في الموقع الرئيسي، مع التقرير إلى مدير تقنية المعلومات. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الأعمال والزملاء وفرق الدعم عن بُعد لتقديم الدعم اليومي وتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية. ستكون نقطة تصعيد لمشرفي دعم تقنية المعلومات والفرق البعيدة في المشكلات التقنية. ستبني عمقًا تقنيًا في مجالات الشبكات وإدارة الأنظمة والبنية التحتية، وتنفذ المشروعات بتوجيه، وتساهم في التميز التشغيلي عبر استكشاف الأخطاء يدويًا والصيانة الوقائية والتوثيق. عن الفريق: تعتبر عمليات التشغيل هي قلب تجربة عملاء أمازون. تتحمل فرق العمليات في مراكز التنفيذ مسؤولية إدارة المخزون الواسع سريع الخطى من مرحلة الاستلام إلى الشحن، وتعمل بجد لضمان حصول عملائنا على ما يريدون في الوقت الذي يريدونه. يُعد OpsTechIT جوهر هذه العملية ويلعب دورًا حيويًا في قدرة الأعمال على الوفاء بوعدها للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وصيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في بيئات البرمجيات والأجهزة.
- ضمان توفر أنظمة الحوسبة والشبكات خلال ساعات الإنتاج.
- صيانة جميع معدات تقنية المعلومات بأداء مثالي وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
- تهيئة واستكشاف أساسيات الشبكات: الراوترات، السويتشات، نقاط الوصول اللاسلكية، الكابلات المهيكلة (DNS، DHCP، VLANs، TCP/IP).
- التنسيق مع فرق الخبراء العالمية لتركيب وصيانة البنية التحتية للشبكات والخوادم وفقًا لمعايير أمازون.
- إجراء تدقيق للمواقع لضمان الامتثال لإرشادات تقنية المعلومات والصحة والسلامة في أمازون.
- إدارة مشروعات على مستوى الموقع مع فريق الأعمال والمهندسين وفرق الدعم البعيدة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال واحدة للمشروعات الموكلة وإبقاء أصحاب المصلحة على اطلاع.
- إنشاء ومراجعة وتنفيذ طلبات إدارة التغيير وخطط المشروعات.
- التحقق من التنفيذ التقني للمشروعات وضمان صحته.
- إدارة توفر المعدات من خلال التحسين المستمر وخفض التكاليف.
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات التشغيلية وأوجه القصور في العمليات.
- إنشاء وصيانة السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات والوثائق.
- توجيه ودعم مشرفي دعم تقنية المعلومات في التذاكر والإجراءات.
- توجيه وتدريب الفنيين والعمل كمرجع تقني لفرق الدعم البعيدة.
- دعم التوظيف للمواهب الجديدة في OpsTechIT بعد التدريب.
- دعم العملاء عبر مباني متعددة ومواقع بعيدة.
- تمثيل تقنية المعلومات في اجتماعات الموقع والعمل كنقطة تصعيد للأعمال ووظائف الدعم.
- إدارة علاقات المقاولين والموردين والتواصل حول المشكلات التقنية ومعايير أمازون.
- شراء المعدات وفقًا للسياسات والميزانيات والطلب التشغيلي.
- المشاركة في جدول المناوبات المدفوعة للحوادث عالية الخطورة.
- إنتاج تقارير أسبوعية تغطي المقاييس والعمل المنجز.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في تقنيات Windows Server (AD، DFS، Print Services، SCCM).
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في بيئة متعددة المستخدمين وعالية التوفر.
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في إصلاح أجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصي واستكشاف الأخطاء ونشرها وإلغائها.
- خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في تقديم خدمات تقنية المعلومات للعملاء والخوادم والشبكات.
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في الشبكات (DNS، DHCP، SSL، OSI Model، TCP/IP).
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في دعم أنظمة تشغيل Windows أو Mac أو Linux في بيئة مؤسسية.

- Ensure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
- Maintain all IT equipment at optimum performance; meet departmental KPIs and SLAs
