تعلن شركة Baker Hughes عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تشخيص آلات ميداني (Machinery Diagnostics Field Engineer) للعمل في الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير القيادة والتوجيه الفني والمساعدة للعميل والمستخدم والموظفين الميدانيين في تشخيص وصيانة معدات Bently Nevada والآلات الدوارة للعميل على المدى الطويل.
- تنفيذ عمليات التركيب والتشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لمنتجات وحلول Bently Nevada (Hardware and Software) في مواقع العملاء.
- تشخيص مشاكل الآلات بناءً على البيانات المتاحة مثل بيانات الاهتزاز والعملية والأداء وسجلات الصيانة واتصالات العملاء وغيرها.
- إعداد تقارير خدمة قياسية في الوقت المناسب تتضمن توثيق النتائج والتوصيات.
- الاستجابة لسفر العميل المطلوب في الوقت المناسب مع إحضار جميع معدات الخدمة اللازمة.
- التحقق من التركيب الصحيح لأجهزة الاستشعار والمراقبة المثبتة بشكل دائم، والقدرة على تركيب أجهزة الاستشعار.
- تركيب أجهزة استشعار مؤقتة للعمود والغلاف والبصرية والليزر للحصول على بيانات إضافية للآلات، واستخدام أجهزة جمع بيانات MDS (مثل ADRE408 وScout وSystem 1) لجمع البيانات الميدانية.
- استخراج رسوم بيانية لبيانات الآلات من أجهزة جمع بيانات MDS ومن System 1.
- التمييز بين بيانات الاهتزاز الجيدة والسيئة للآلات، مع تقييم الجودة الإجمالية لمجموعة البيانات.
- التعرف على شدة بيانات اهتزاز الآلات وتحديدها وفقًا للمعايير الصناعية المعمول بها (مثل API وISO).
- خبرة عملية في الموازنة الميدانية للآلات الحيوية مثل التوربينات البخارية والغازية والمولدات والضواغط والمضخات.
- إجراء اختبار تصادم بسيط ثنائي القنوات باستخدام مطرقة تصادم ومقياس تسارع مناسب لتحديد الترددات الطبيعية للهياكل والأعمدة والأنابيب وأنظمة دعم الآلات.
- إجراء وتفسير أشكال الانحراف التشغيلية (ODS) وتحليل الأنماط الأساسي.
- جمع بيانات لتحليل الالتواء.
- الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في جميع مواقع العمل، وإجراء العمل الميداني وفقًا لجميع اللوائح المعمول بها ومتطلبات العميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة من مؤسسة معتمدة (بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمات تشخيص الآلات الميدانية.
- شهادة محلل اهتزاز من المستوى 3 أو أعلى من معهد معتمد (يفضل).
- معرفة وخبرة في الاهتزاز الميكانيكي، اهتزاز الآلات الدوارة وتشخيصها، تحليل الديناميكا الدوارة، موازنة ومحاذاة الآلات.
- القدرة على تفسير وفهم الرسومات والمواصفات الميكانيكية والكهربائية للآلات.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وجواز سفر ساري.
- التوفر للسفر بنسبة تصل إلى 70% من الوقت حسب الحاجة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في مواقع مصانع العملاء لساعات طويلة والسفر على نطاق واسع داخل المنطقة الجغرافية بإشعار قصير.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات حرارة شديدة وعلى ارتفاعات وأداء جميع المهام مع ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المطلوبة.
- القدرة على استيفاء متطلبات القوة البدنية والرشاقة للوظيفة وفقًا لوصف الوظيفة المحدد.
- إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية تحديثاً وكتابة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم العروض التقديمية الرسمية.
- خلفية سابقة في أنظمة الأجهزة (Systems & Instrumentation) أو خبرة في تشغيل المصانع أو خبرة في OEM أو برنامج تعاوني صناعي (مرغوب بشدة).
- مهارات شخصية وقيادية قوية، القدرة على التأثير في الآخرين وقيادة فرق صغيرة، وقيادة مبادرات متوسطة النطاق والتأثير.
- القدرة على تنسيق عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد، مهارات فعالة في تحديد المشكلات وحلها، وقدرات تحليلية وتنظيمية مثبتة.

In this role as a Machinery Diagnostics Field Engineer, you will be providing customers with complete service solutions to address their critical rotating machinery assets, protection, and monitoring system, in addition to delivering diagnostics trainings after following the certification process. This will include evaluating machinery condition based on rotor dynamic analysis; in addition to installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining monitoring & protection systems hardware & software.
As a Machinery Diagnostics Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership, technical direction, and assistance to the customer, user, and other field personnel in the diagnostic and long-term maintenance of Bently Nevada equipment and customers’ rotating machinery
- Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations
- Diagnosing machinery problems based upon available data i.e. vibration, process, performance data, maintenance records, customer communications, etc.
- Completing timely standard service reports with documentation of findings / recommendations
- Reacting to customer required travel in a timely manner, while bringing all required service equipment
- Identify proper installation of permanently installed transducers and monitors and be able to install transducers.
- Properly install temporary shaft, casing, optical, and laser-based transducers to acquire additional machinery data, and professionally use MDS data acquisition instruments to acquire field data, this includes ADRE408, Scout, System 1®
- Successfully extract machinery data plots from MDS data acquisition instruments and System 1®.
- Recognize good versus bad machinery vibration data, coupled with the ability to evaluate the overall quality of a data set.
- Recognize and quantify the severity of machinery vibration data in accordance with applicable industry standards (e.g., API, ISO).
- Hands on experience with Field-balancing of critical machinery like steam & gas turbines, generators, compressors, and pumps.
- Perform a simple two-channel impact test using an impact hammer and an appropriate accelerometer to determine natural frequencies of structures, rotors, piping, and machinery support systems.
- Perform and interpret Operating Deflection Shapes (ODS) and basic modal analysis.
- Collect data for torsional analysis.
- Adhere to BH HSE at all work sites, and conduct fieldwork in compliance with all applicable regulations, and customer requirements.
- Have graduate engineer from an accredited institution with a minimum 4-year technical degree. A BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machinery Diagnostics Services Field Services.
- Have a Certificate as a Vibration Analyst level 3 or higher from an accredited Institute is preferred.
- Have knowledge and experience with mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and diagnostics, rotor dynamic analysis, machinery balancing and alignment.
- Have the ability to interpret and understand machinery mechanical and electrical system drawings and specifications.
- Have a valid driving license and passport.
- Have availability to travel up to 70% of the time, as required.
- Willing to work at customer plant sites for extended hours and travel widely within the geographic region with short notice.
- Ability to work in arduous temperature environments, heights, and perform all tasks while wearing required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to handle the physical strength and agility requirements of the job in accordance with specific job descriptions.
- Have strong command of oral and written communication in English language, plus formal presentations
- Previous background in Systems & Instrumentation work, operating plant experience, OEM experience, or industrial co-op program is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
