Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Florist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Junior Florist will assist in creating flower arrangements and floral designs for the shop floor, special events, and custom orders. Daily tasks include preparing and conditioning flowers, organizing stock, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and helping with in-store decoration. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, suggesting suitable floral options, and supporting senior florists with setup and delivery when needed. The Junior Florist will also help with basic packaging, labeling, and visual merchandising to ensure an inviting presentation of products.
Qualifications

• Ability to create and assist with Flower Arrangements and basic Floral Design.
• Strong Creativity Skills with an eye for color, shape, and seasonal themes.
• Customer Service skills, including polite communication and responsiveness to client needs.
• Experience or interest in Decoration for events, displays, or shop interiors.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle floral materials safely.
• Prior experience in a flower shop or related field is an advantage but not required.
