المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للإقامة، بما في ذلك تخصيص الغرف وعمليات تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة.
- تنسيق خدمات الطعام والنقل بالتنسيق مع المزوّدين الداخليين والخارجيين.
- الرد على استفسارات السكان ومعالجة طلبات الخدمة مع ضمان حل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة نسب الإشغال والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للوحدات والسكان.
- دعم إدارة العقود والامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية ومزوّدي الخدمات لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتطوير العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة الضيافة، العمليات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في إسكان العمال، الضيافة، أو إدارة العقارات في المملكة أو المنطقة (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة المتعلقة بعمليات الإقامة (مفيدة).
