Role Description The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including recording journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. This role will prepare and review invoices, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and support timely payments and collections in coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Accountant will assist in preparing financial statements, monthly and annual closing reports, and supporting documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. The role will also involve monitoring budgets, tracking expenses for housing, catering, and transportation operations, and providing accurate reports to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in financial records, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a structured approach to handling multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and management teams.
- Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, SOCPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, workforce housing, or service operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and familiarity with local financial regulations and practices is preferred.
