شركة Saipem، الرائدة عالمياً في خدمات الهندسة لتصميم وإنشاء وتشغيل البنى التحتية والمصانع المعقدة في قطاع الطاقة (بحرياً وبرياً)، تعلن عن وظيفة ميسر تحليل السبب الجذري (Root Cause Analysis Facilitator) في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن عشر (10) سنوات كمهندس موثوقية (Reliability Engineer).
- شهادة محلل فشل السبب الجذري (Root Cause Failure Analyst) معتمدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتوفير إطار منظم لتحليل الوظائف والفشل المحتمل للأصول المادية.
- قدرة على الإرشاد والتوجيه (mentor) والبدء الذاتي (self-starter) لنقل المعرفة للموظفين المبتدئين.

About The Role

About The Role
- Must have a degree in ‘Mechanical Engineering’
- Shall have ten (10) years of experience as a Reliability Engineer.
- Shall possess good analytical skills to provide a structured framework for analyzing the functions and potential failures for physical assets.
- Certified Root Cause Failure (RCF) Analyst and Good mentor and self-starter to transfer the knowledge to junior employees.
