شركة سيراميك العربية (Arabian Ceramics) تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مهندس معماري (Architect) في مدينة جدة، مكة المكرمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

التخطيط والتصميم والإشراف على الأعمال المدنية في مشاريع التصنيع/المصانع. تشمل المسؤولية الأساسية إعداد دراسات التصميم الأولية وتطوير التصميم المعماري بما في ذلك المخططات الكهربائية ومخططات السباكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • وضع تصور للتصميم المعماري الأولي وإعداد الرسومات النهائية باستخدام AutoCAD أو MicroStation.
  • مراعاة المظهر والوظيفة والسلامة والتكلفة واحتياجات المستخدمين للهياكل المصممة.
  • المشاركة في جميع مراحل التطوير من المناقشات الأولية مع العملاء وحتى عملية البناء.
  • تقديم خدمات ما قبل التصميم مثل دراسات الجدوى والأثر البيئي واختيار الموقع أو تحديد متطلبات التصميم.
  • تحرير محاضر الاجتماعات مع العميل.
  • إصدار قائمة المواد (MTO) وكميات المواد (BOQ).
  • إعداد مخططات السباكة والكهرباء.
  • تقديم عروض المنظور اليدوي باستخدام النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد.
  • تنسيق الاجتماعات مع تخصصات التصميم الأخرى.
  • إعداد مسودة لخطابات المراسلات والمذكرات الفنية.
  • التفتيش الموقعي الفعلي أثناء الإنشاء لتجنب التعارض مع الجوانب الفنية الأخرى.
  • تصميم داخلي وتصميم المناظر الطبيعية عند الحاجة.
  • تعديل التصميم (الأجزاء الصغيرة فقط).
  • المساعدة في أعمال التصميم.
  • التنسيق/التحقق من التداخلات بين الهندسة المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التكييف والإطفاء: الدعم الموقعي.
  • توزيع/إدارة الرسومات والمستندات والتأكد من فعالية العملية مع العميل وفريق التصميم.
  • البحث والتخطيط والتصميم والإشراف على مشاريع البناء.
  • التشاور مع العميل لتحديد المتطلبات الوظيفية والمساحية للمبنى الجديد أو التجديد وإعداد المعلومات حول التصميم والمواصفات والمواد والألوان والمعدات والتكاليف التقديرية ووقت البناء.
  • تخطيط تخطيط المشروع ودمج العناصر الهندسية في تصميم موحد لمراجعة العميل واعتماده.
  • إعداد الرسومات بمقياس رسم ووثائق العقد لمقاولي البناء.
  • الإشراف على عقود البناء وإجراء المراقبة الدورية في الموقع أثناء العمل لمراقبة الامتثال للخطط.
  • توجيه أنشطة العاملين في إعداد الرسومات ووثائق المواصفات.
  • تحليل التقارير والخرائط والرسومات ومطبوعات AutoCAD والاختبارات والصور الفوتوغرافية.
  • تحليل الخصائص الهيدرولوجية وغيرها من البيانات الطبوغرافية والجيولوجية لتخطيط وتصميم المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الموقع: الخمرة، جدة.
  • الجنسية: أي جنسية (يفضل سعودي).
  • متوسط الخبرة العملية: سنتان كحد أدنى.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو ما يعادلها.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان برنامجي AutoCAD 2D و 3D للتصميم والتخطيط.
  • القدرة على التواصل البصري للأفكار مع العملاء.
  • مهارات فنية ورسم قوية تساعد في التصور وفهم العلاقات المكانية.
  • مهارات اتصال جيدة، والاستماع النشط عند التعامل مع العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.
  • إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
  • معرفة برنامجي MicroStation وGIS (ميزة إضافية).
  • إجادة قوية لبرنامجي Adobe Photoshop وSketchUp.
  • مهارات قوية في برنامج PowerPoint.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية قوية.

Job Scope

  • Plans, designs, and directs civil engineering on manufacturing/plant projects.
  • Primary responsibility is to Prepare preliminary design studies, prepare architectural development design including electrical and plumbing layouts.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize Preliminary architectural design and do the final drawing by AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • Considering appearance, functionality, safety, cost and the needs of those who use the structures they're designing.
  • Involving in all phases of development, from the initial discussions with clients through the construction process.
  • Providing various pre-design services, such as conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site or specifying the design's requirements.
  • Edit the minutes of meeting with the client
  • Issuing material Take off (MTO) and Bill of quantity (BOQ).
  • Preparation of plumbing and electrical layout
  • Manual perspective rendering presentation using the 3D modeling.
  • Coordinating meeting with other design trades.
  • Preparing a draft copy of correspondence letter and technical memos.
  • Site actual inspection during actual construction concerning other trades to avoid conflict on other technical aspects
  • If required, do Interior and landscape design.
  • Design modification (minor parts only)
  • Assisting with design work
  • Coordinating/ Checking on Interferences between Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC and Fire Fighting: On-site Support
  • Distribution/ Management of drawing and document : Checking on and seeking to ensure effective process (with client and Design Team)
  • Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects
  • Consults with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
  • Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
  • Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
  • Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Directs activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
  • Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, AutoCad reports/prints, tests, and photographs
  • Analyse, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design projec

Skills

  • Autocad 2D and 3D Designing and Lay outing
  • Architects must be able to visually communicate their ideas to clients.
  • Artistic and drawing ability is very helpful in doing this. The ability to conceptualize and understand spatial relationships is needed.
  • Good communication skills are critical to success in this field.
  • An architect must be an active listener when dealing with clients.
  • An architect must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office Literate
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Micro station and GIS software an advantage. Strong Adobe Photoshop and Sketch Up Skills required. Microsoft Office required including Powerpoint. Strong inter-personal and organising skills.
