Senior Splunk Engineer - L3

Location: Riyadh, KSA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Splunk Engineer (L3) to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The role will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex Splunk issues, optimizing the environment, and driving technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for complex Splunk incidents and escalations.
• Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise Splunk environments.
• Develop advanced SPL queries, dashboards, reports, alerts, and correlation searches.
• Design and implement Splunk integrations and data onboarding solutions.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and environment optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Splunk components and integrations.
• Support Splunk architecture, upgrades, configurations, and deployments.
• Identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve platform stability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk administration and engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of SPL, data onboarding, dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise Splunk environments.
• Strong understanding of log management, monitoring, and security operations.
• Experience with Splunk architecture, performance optimization, and platform management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Splunk certifications will be an advantage.
