المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني بشكل مستقل في التخصص المحدد.
- مراجعة معلومات التصميم والتفاوتات المسموحة وطرق العمل المتفق عليها.
- تقييم ما إذا كانت إجراءات الاختبار والنتائج المسجلة تتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع ومعايير الممارسة الصناعية.
- المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق المشروع للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الممارسة الصناعية.
- الإبلاغ عن المشكلات التي يتم اكتشافها لأعضاء الفريق الأقدم بطريقة واضحة ودقيقة وموجزة.
- التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل التابعة للمقاولين بشكل مهني.
- إجراء ملاحظات ميدانية تتعلق بجودة التركيبات.
- إعداد وثائق عالية الجودة، بما في ذلك تقارير الملاحظات الميدانية.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل المتعلقة بالتخصص عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني (MEP/Building Services Engineering)، أو دبلوم كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (MEP/Building Services Engineering College Diploma) أو مؤهل أعلى (HNC/HND أو ما يعادله)، أو شهادة كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (MEP/Building Services Engineering College Certificate) بمستوى ONC/OND أو ما يعادله، أو خبرة عملية في مجال MEP مع شهادة City & Guilds.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة مع درجة البكالوريوس، أو 6 سنوات مع دبلوم الكلية، أو 7 سنوات مع شهادة كلية أو شهادة مهنية.
- (مستحسن وليس إلزامياً) أن يكون المهندس معتمداً (Incorporated Engineer).

Responsibilities

- As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
- Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect.
Education
MEP / Building services Engineering Degree
- BSc Electrical Engineering
- BSc Building Services Engineering
- HNC, HND or equivalent
- ONC, OND or equivalent
- MEP Trade time served + City & Guilds certificate
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience + Engineering degree
- Minimum 6 years of job-related experience + college diploma
- Minimum 7 years of job-related experience + college or Trade Certificate
- Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
- CSA Grade 4 qualifies, desirable but not essential
- Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential
Significant experience and advanced competencies.
Able to work independently on complex tasks.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
- Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
- Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
- liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner
- Carry out side observations with respect to quality of installation
- Produce documentation to a high standard, including site observation reports
- Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required
- Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines
- Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones
- Keep a diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site.
