WOODS Specialty Cafe & Roastery is one of Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing specialty coffee brands, operating multiple locations across the Kingdom and expanding through both company-owned and franchise locations.

We are looking for a highly driven Franchise Specialist to support the growth and success of our franchise network, identify expansion opportunities, manage franchise relationships, and ensure operational excellence across franchise locations.

Role Objective

Support the expansion of WOODS through franchise development, franchisee support, site evaluation, operational follow-up, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development & Expansion

• Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities and markets.

• Generate and qualify franchise leads.

• Coordinate franchise inquiries and support the sales process.

• Assist in franchise recruitment and onboarding activities.

• Support franchise agreement and documentation processes.

Site Selection & Market Research

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Evaluate potential franchise locations.

• Prepare site assessment reports and recommendations.

• Support lease negotiations and commercial evaluations.

Franchise Operations Support

• Act as the main point of contact for franchisees.

• Coordinate opening plans for new franchise locations.

• Monitor franchise performance and compliance.

• Ensure implementation of brand standards and operational procedures.

• Coordinate support with operations, marketing, training, procurement, and quality teams.

Performance Monitoring

• Track franchise KPIs and performance metrics.

• Prepare monthly franchise performance reports.

• Identify improvement opportunities and corrective action plans.

• Support franchisees in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Brand Compliance

• Ensure franchise locations maintain WOODS brand standards.

• Conduct franchise audits and site visits.

• Follow up on operational, quality, and customer experience requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the franchise network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in franchising, business development, operations, retail, F&B, or multi-unit businesses.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coffee, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.

• Knowledge of franchise business models.

• Experience in site selection and market analysis.

• Experience working with multi-branch operations.
