Role Purpose
To manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients within the white-collar segment, driving revenue through the placement of professional and managerial-level talent across key sectors, while ensuring exceptional client experience and long-term partnership retention.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, building strategic and trusted relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and C-level stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess service satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and strengthen client loyalty.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide tailored manpower solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and present commercial proposals, contracts, and SLAs in line with company pricing and margin policies.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and annual revenue targets.
Talent Fulfillment Coordination
- Work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified white-collar candidates across functions such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Administration.
- Monitor candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Handle replacement requests, escalations, and performance issues professionally and promptly.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on white-collar talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with advisory insights on hiring strategies, compensation, and workforce planning.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records including pipeline activities, client communications, and placement data.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering revenue, pipeline status, and client health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within HR services, staffing, or recruitment
- Proven track record in managing white-collar accounts across professional sectors
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor market and Saudization regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
