أمازون ويب سيرفيز (AWS) تبحث عن مهندس حلول رئيسي (Principal Solutions Architect) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق القطاع العام في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث AWS عن تقنيين ذوي خبرة وتحفيز يتمتعون بتوازن فريد بين العمق التقني ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين. ستعمل مع بعض من أكبر الشركات في العالم لتصميم بنى تحتية سحابية قابلة للتطوير والمرونة والمرونة التي تعالج مشاكل العملاء وتسريع اعتماد خدمات AWS. بالتعاون مع مديري الحسابات، ستساعد في دفع النمو لدى عميل عالمي في قطاع الطاقة. بصفته مدافعاً موثوقاً عن العملاء، سيساعد مهندس الحلول المؤسسات على فهم أفضل الممارسات حول الحلول السحابية المتقدمة وكيفية ترحيل أعباء العمل الحالية إلى السحابة. سيكون لديك الفرصة للمساعدة في تشكيل وتنفيذ استراتيجية لبناء حضور ذهني واعتماد واسع لـ AWS داخل مؤسسات العملاء. القدرة على ربط التكنولوجيا بقيمة أعمال قابلة للقياس أمر بالغ الأهمية لمهندس الحلول. يجب أن يكون لديك أيضاً قدرة مثبتة على التفكير الاستراتيجي حول الأعمال والمنتجات والتحديات التقنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كقائد تقني استراتيجي في الميدان لتقديم التوجيه المعماري والتوصيات اللازمة لتعزيز وتسريع اعتماد العملاء لـ AWS.
- ضمان نجاح العملاء والشركاء في تصميم وبناء وترحيل التطبيقات والبرامج والخدمات على منصة AWS.
- قيادة المناقشات المعمارية وتمارين التصميم لإنشاء حلول عالمية المستوى مبنية على AWS مع ضمان تصميم الحلول لنشر ناجح في السحابة.
- أن تكون مبشراً لـ AWS وتثقيف العملاء والشركاء بجميع أحجامهم حول عرض القيمة لـ AWS.
- بناء علاقات عميقة مع الأفراد التقنيين الكبار داخل العملاء والشركاء لتمكينهم من أن يصبحوا دعاة للسحابة.
- التقاط ومشاركة المعرفة بأفضل الممارسات بين مجتمع مهندسي الحلول في AWS.
- تأليف أو المساهمة في منشورات AWS الموجهة للعملاء مثل الأوراق البيضاء والمدونات ونماذج الإثبات.
- بالتعاون مع فريق المبيعات والشركاء، صياغة وتنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات لتجاوز أهداف الإيرادات من خلال اعتماد AWS وحلول شركائها.
- إجراء جلسات تدريبية فردية وجماعية لنقل المعرفة إلى العملاء الذين يفكرون في AWS أو يستخدمونه بالفعل.
- العمل كحلقة وصل تقنية بين العملاء وفرق هندسة الخدمات والدعم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في مجالات تقنية محددة (مثل تطوير البرمجيات، الحوسبة السحابية، هندسة النظم، البنية التحتية، الأمن، الشبكات، البيانات والتحليلات).
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، الهندسة، الرياضيات أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في تطوير حلول تقنية والترويج لخرائط طريق تقنية شاملة توجه تحولات تكنولوجيا المعلومات نحو الحوسبة السحابية.
- خبرة في التواصل مع جماهير تقنية وغير تقنية وعلى مستوى C-level، بما في ذلك التدريب وورش العمل والمنشورات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بتصميم وتنفيذ الأنظمة الموزعة أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة بالأتمتة واسعة النطاق وإدارة سير العمل أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة بتصميم وتنفيذ قواعد البيانات أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات تقديمية و whiteboarding مع درجة عالية من الراحة في التحدث مع المديرين التنفيذيين الداخليين والخارجيين وإدارة تقنية المعلومات والمطورين.
- خبرة في تصميم أو ترحيل أو تحويل أو تحديث متطلبات العملاء إلى السحابة.
- الجنسية السعودية.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications
- Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent
- Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
- Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent
- Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
