شركة Saipem، الرائدة عالمياً في خدمات الهندسة لتصميم وإنشاء وتشغيل البنى التحتية والمصانع المعقدة في قطاع الطاقة (البري والبحري)، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Safety Engineer في المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة، أو تخصص بيئي (علوم أو هندسة)، أو أي تخصص هندسي آخر من برنامج معترف به ومعتمد.
- يفضل وجود درجة متقدمة (ماجستير أو دكتوراه).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال الصحة والسلامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- شهادة سارية المفعول في OSHA أو NEBOSH.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة والاستشارات لموظفي الأقسام للمساعدة في الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ومتوافقة مع اللوائح والمعايير البيئية/السلامة.
- تحديد وتقييم الظروف والممارسات الخطرة في مكان العمل، وإجراء مسوحات لتقييم ظروف الصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئية.
- المشاركة في دراسات وأنشطة سلامة العمليات المختلفة مثل: PHAs، HAZOPs، JSAs، PSSR، SIMOPs، تحقيقات الحوادث، مراجعات الامتثال، أو مسوحات التأمين. المشاركة في أو قيادة دراسات المخاطر أو إجراء تحليلات العواقب.
- مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية للتأكد من توافقها مع معايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة والصناعة.
- إجراء وتنسيق التفتيش الميداني لتدقيق الظروف المادية وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- تقديم المشورة والتوجيه بشأن الامتثال للوائح وإجراءات السلامة المؤسسية.
- إجراء تفتيشات السلامة في موقع البناء و/أو المنطقة الخاصة بمرافق وأعمال القسم.
- إجراء مراجعة تصاريح العمل، وتفتيشات السلامة القائمة على السلوك، وتفتيشات الامتثال للسلامة في موقع العمل بما في ذلك تحليل المخاطر وإجراءات العمل الآمنة، وإعداد التقارير والتوصيات المكتوبة.

About The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, an environmental discipline (science or engineering), and/or another engineering discipline from a recognized and accredited program.
- An advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum of ten (15) years’ experience in health and safety
- Minimum of ten (10) years of oil and gas experience
- Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.
- Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions.
- Participate in various process safety studies/activities, such as: PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, PSSR, SIMOPs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys. Participate in or lead risk studies or conduct consequence analyses.
- Review engineering designs for compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.
- Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.
- Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations.
- Perform work permit reviews, behavior-based safety inspections, job site safety compliance inspections, including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepare written reports and recommendations.
- Should have a valid certification in OSHA or NEBOSH
