The Driller will support drilling operations by operating drilling equipment and assisting with the execution of drilling activities at field sites. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations, equipment performance, and supporting the drilling team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate drilling equipment and machinery under the supervision of the Senior Driller.

- Support the execution of drilling programs and monitor key drilling parameters such as speed, depth, and equipment performance.

- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues.

- Inspect drilling equipment and report malfunctions or issues.

- Support basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and proper storage.

- Handle drilling tools, pipes, and materials and assist with site preparation and setup.

- Maintain a clean and safe drilling environment.

- Follow all HSE policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

- Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents.

- Maintain drilling logs, operational records, and required reports.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of drilling operations.

- Ability to operate drilling tools and equipment.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to work in physically demanding and outdoor/industrial environments.

- Ability to strictly follow safety procedures and operational instructions.

Working Conditions

This is a field-based position that may involve remote drilling locations, physically demanding tasks, and exposure to outdoor and industrial environments.

Key Success Measures

Performance will be assessed based on drilling-operation support and efficiency, safety compliance, equipment handling, and accuracy of operational records.
