تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (مكة) عن توفر وظيفة مدير جودة التجميع العام (General Assembly Quality Manager). تهدف الشركة من خلال هذا الدور إلى قيادة عمليات الجودة في خط التجميع العام وضمان التميز التشغيلي من خلال التنسيق بين الأقسام وتنفيذ أنظمة الجودة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

مدير جودة التجميع العام مسؤول عن قيادة عمليات الجودة عبر جميع عمليات التجميع العام. يشغل هذا الدور موقعاً بارزاً يربط بين التنسيق والقيادة متعددة الوظائف وتنفيذ نظام الجودة لضمان التحكم في الجودة داخل المحطات وتطبيق مفهوم الجودة المضمنة (Built-In Quality). كما يدير محطات نقاط المراقبة (Control Point Stations) مع تغذية راجعة واستباقية لنتائج الجودة. يجمع المرشح المثالي بين الدقة التشغيلية والعقلية الجودة والبصيرة الاستراتيجية لرفع مستوى جاهزية الإنتاج وتميز المنتج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ ومراقبة نقاط المراقبة في مواقع استراتيجية داخل عمليات التصنيع في التجميع العام.
  • بناء وقيادة فريق عالي الأداء بثقافة قوية من المساءلة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
  • تحديد ومراقبة وقيادة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لنقاط المراقبة لمتابعة فعالية حل المشكلات وخطط العمل لتحقيق أهداف الجودة.
  • تعزيز المشاركة من خلال التواصل الشفاف والاعتراف بمساهمات الفريق.
  • بناء شراكات قوية متعددة الوظائف مع التصنيع وهندسة العمليات وهندسة الجودة وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين الآخرين.
  • العمل كداعم مرئي للسلامة والجودة والتميز التشغيلي في جميع أنحاء المؤسسة.
  • تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية ومعايير فحص الجودة لنقاط المراقبة.
  • إنشاء وصيانة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وتخطيطات محطات العمل بما يتوافق مع معايير التحكم في الجودة وأفضل ممارسات بيئة العمل.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تدريب شاملة للمشرفين والمفتشين لضمان الكفاءة في طرق الفحص والتحكم.
  • قيادة عمليات قوية لاحتواء العيوب والتصعيد والحل، مع ضمان إعادة المشكلات إلى مصدرها وإشراك فريق التصنيع في حل المشكلات.
  • تحديد ونشر الأدوات والمعدات وأنظمة الفحص لتلبية احتياجات ضمان الجودة الحالية والمستقبلية.
  • العمل كصاحب مصلحة رئيسي في تطوير ونشر سياسات الجودة وعملياتها ومواصفاتها بالتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتصنيع.
  • تعزيز ثقافة يتم فيها تضمين عقلية الجودة والجودة المضمنة في كل عملية، ويفهم جميع الموظفين كيف يساهم عملهم في بناء الجودة وضمان رضا العملاء.
  • ضمان المعايرة المنتظمة بين نقاط المراقبة وخط قبول العملاء (Customer Acceptance Line) وتدقيق منتج Lucid (Lucid Customer Product Audit).
  • جمع واحتواء نتائج الجودة من خط قبول العملاء وتدقيق منتج Lucid ونتائج الجودة الميدانية عند نقاط المراقبة.
  • ضمان التحديث المنتظم لتعليمات الفحص في نقاط المراقبة للتركيز على تحسينات الجودة والنتائج عالية التصنيف للحفاظ على ديناميكية نقاط المراقبة.
  • تطبيق نظام إنتاج Lucid (Lucid Production System) في محطات نقاط المراقبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في إطلاق أو توسيع نطاق أو تثبيت أنظمة وأنشطة عمليات الجودة في صناعة السيارات.
  • خبرة في إطلاق مصانع جديدة (Greenfield Launch) مطلوبة بشكل إلزامي.
  • القدرة المثبتة على القيادة والتأثير في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة ومتعددة التخصصات.
  • خبرة في عمليات الجودة وأدوات الجودة الأساسية (Quality Core Tools).
  • خبرة واضحة في أنظمة التحكم في الجودة وطرق الفحص وتوحيد عمليات التصنيع.
  • مهارات ممتازة في العرض التقديمي والتواصل الكتابي والشفهي على جميع المستويات التنظيمية.
  • القدرة على قيادة حل المشكلات مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف وتحدي الحلول المطروحة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع أو الجودة أو تخصص ذي صلة). الماجستير ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في جودة التصنيع أو الجودة الواردة أو جودة الموردين أو في بيئة OEM عالية الإنتاجية أو Tier 1، منها 7 سنوات على الأقل داخل شركة OEM.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قيادة الأشخاص في مجال التصنيع أو الجودة أو الإطلاق أو جودة الموردين أو الجودة الواردة.
  • خلفية قوية في نشر ثقافة الجودة وعقليتها، وفحص المركبات، وحل المشكلات، والتنسيق متعدد الوظائف.
  • فهم جيد لعمليات التجميع العام بما في ذلك متطلبات العزم (Torque).

The General Assembly (GA) Quality Manager is responsible for driving excellence in Quality operations across all General Assembly operations. This highly visible role bridges coordination, cross-functional leadership, and Quality system implementation to ensure successful in-station Quality control and deploy the Built-In Quality. Manage Control Point Stations with feedback and feedforward of Quality findings.

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of operational rigor, quality mindset, and strategic foresight to elevate production readiness and product excellence.

You Will

  • Implement and Monitor Control Points at strategic location within the General Assembly Manufacturing Operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define, monitor and lead Control Point KPIs to monitor effectiveness and robustness of problem solving and action plans to achieve company Quality goals.
  • Drive engagement through transparent communication and recognition of team contributions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a visible champion for safety, Quality, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Define and implement Quality Inspection strategy and standards for Control Points.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workstation layouts in alignment with Quality control standards and ergonomic best practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for supervisors and inspectors to ensure competency in inspection and control methods.
  • Drive robust defect containment, escalation, and resolution processes, ensuring issues are driven back to point of origin and involving manufacturing team in problem solving.
  • Specify and deploy tooling, equipment, and inspection systems to meet current and future Quality assurance needs.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in developing and deploying Quality policies, processes, and specifications in coordination with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
  • Promote a culture where Quality Mindset and Built-In Quality is embedded into every process and where all employees understand how their work contributes to building Quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure regular calibration between Control Point and Customer Acceptance Line as well as Lucid Customer Product Audit.
  • Collect and contain Quality findings from Customer Acceptance Line, Lucid Customer Product Audit and Field Quality findings at Control Points.
  • Ensure regular update of Control Point Inspection instructions to focus on Quality improvements and high-ranking findings to keep the Control Point dynamic.
  • Implement Lucid Production System at Control Point Stations.

You Bring

  • Proven experience launching, scaling, or stabilizing Quality Operations Systems and Activities in automotive industry.
  • Greenfield Launch Experience is a must.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience with Quality Operations and Quality Core Tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Quality control systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing process standardization.
  • Skilled in presentation, written, and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to drive problem solving with Cross-functional teams and challenge solutions.
  • Bachelor is required in Engineering required; Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related discipline preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing Quality, incoming quality, Supplier quality, or within a high-volume OEM or Tier 1 environment with a minimum of 7 years within an OEM.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing, Quality, launch, supplier Quality, or incoming Quality organization.
  • Strong background in Quality culture and mindset deployment, Vehicle inspection, problem solving, cross-functional coordination.
  • Good understanding of General Assembly processes including Torque requirements.
